Some of these things may be universal, some just applicable to me - YMMV. Always go to sleep with room in your mailbox, because incoming gifts appear overnight. The reminder that these gifts are pending pops up while pond hopping over coffee and its too easy to hit the "sell" button accidentally : / If you buy a frog from the index to finish a back set or fill a request - that frog invariably shows up in a pond present within 15 minutes of ordering it. If you are in the pond looking for stamps, all you will find are potions. If you want potions - all you will get are stamps. It is possible to find 8 pond presents in a row with 23 coins or less in them. Knowing that all my most recently bred frogs are grown and ready to be sold off so I can breed another color - and make that next level - is good motivation to finish that thesis chapter!
Ah, yes. A "Forum Member's Lot" of Weekly Set frogs here. Urge to be generous & support the common cause vs. need to empty a hab. What a quandary, XXX, OOOh, what a quandary! Kiss off one's responsibility to the community by selling or hug the Weekly Set tightly, even if it means sacrificing a hab? I also have a Maori Set to gift in its entirety. My solution? It'll be taking up a hab until tomorrow morning when I'll still gift it but to a non-forum couple eagerly seeking some adoptees from New Zealand. p.s.: Thanks to Martin for the Templum, dlstar for the Marinus, & madmaze for the Arcus.
