I am taking orders for this week's "Happy Birthday, Mom" starter set or full set for those that are at a lower level and can not breed.

 

Is everyone getting double frogs every now and then when getting gift frogs? I don't see a pattern...it just doubles up every once in a while.

also, Anyone have a Nodare for the new set? I have never seen one!

My wife has been getting double frogs when I gift her for a while now. It hasn't happened to me yet.

 

What are you missing? Hopefully some of us can help.

 

Yea it has happened to me a bunch of times. I noticed it happens if and when I tap too fast around the different screens, and when the welcome banner fades in/out. It may be a "bug" on their side, although not necessarily a bad one.

And it's funny how a few posts ago we were talking about doubling gifts. Well it just happened with this frog, and I didn't even touch anything. There goes my theory, I guess.

 

That's awesome, it gives you a frog to keep and one to sell or re-gift.

 

Promo frogs were few in number & FREE. Eventually they stopped entirely & they were offered, along with newer frogs, for potions in the FrogMart. NB has occasional promotions, the latest being the time around the X-Mas holidays but they haven't offered any NEW frogs which hitherto didn't exist since the much earlier days.

Forgot that. I'm not sure if it's a feature or a weird glitch (like the occasional double frogs). You're right, previously when you declined a gift, you received no coins & now you do. However, if you are ever the overly optimistic, intensely naive player, & hope your 8 slot MB will magically expand to fit the frogs offered & you tap Accept, you get nothing. It's unclear why the result wouldn't be the same for in both cases you don't get a frog. Yet...

Ever hopeful.
