Is there a particular Pingo you still need for your dex? I can check my colours.

Edit: I just went to PF and was gifted two Pingos from you, thank you!

    Thank you so much! :)

Since my post I have found out that the frogs are level 31 and I'm only level 29 though so no breeding for me :(

I wish but hoping for early April, maybe April 1 :D (if my coins last)

    Congrats on 15,000.

What kind of books do you read ? I normally read murder mysteries and currently working on Sue Grafton.

Thank you so very much! I will pass them onto someone else who also need to do the challenge afterwards and ask them to keep passing them on too! Thanks again, I really, really appreciate this :)

    Super Bowl

49ers 27 Ravens 24 (start breeding those BLUE PLANETAs now)

I have read the Sue Grafton novels and I hate having to wait for the next alphabet! Just checked out "Kinsey and Me stories" so PF may be paused while I tackle it. My iDevice was supposed to be my eReader, but it is more often a PFeeder.

canadianharuka I'll post here once I've tamed this week's set. You'll have first right of refusal (or acceptance). I'm sure you'll have them from Domenic15 before this post is even submitted. SO TRUE, just noticed they were sent while I was typing!

question: is it possible to send messages to PF neighbors using the GC 'add friends' feature (i.e. they are already a friend.)? Or is it better to use the 'private message' feature of this forum? Or some other preferred method? Really it is 1 question with 3 parts, not 3 questions. Thanks.

I've falling behind on my 'thank you's: javaRich x6 (including a Blue Albeo EMBLEMA), Domenic15, dean288367, AndiNZ, meplie x7, canadian_haruka, Tryclyde and SnappyMcfrog. I'm lucky to have such generous neighbors. Thanks.

    Take care.

Things happen fast around here it seems! I do thank you for thinking of me, though. :)

EDIT: Speaking of fast, I went back to the game to find Americanos gifted by Yasha65, thank you!

    QUILTA set ready

You are one of my neighbors below level 31 (in a very short list of friends), so the set is yours if you still need it. Actually, I'm just going to send it now - need to free the habitat to breed more blues.

    Take care.

Can't argue the satisfaction thing, though my experience with this particular set has been more frustrating than anything. If I'd been seeking more Anuras, I'd be in heaven (might have completed a full color wheel!). As it is, two of my almost-right Quiltas will be ready to breed tonight (with more potions and/or taming) to get the right ones & set will be completed two days after that. Definitely in time for the next set, though. This is the longest I've ever spent on a set & the most potions. Will offer it here then.

That said, Quilta eggs were too valuable to just toss the off-right eggs (écru, as they say), as I've done in the past. While conserving coins, this ate up lots of time & hab space. I'd breed until I had no more room or felt my luck was breaking bad, then I'd again try later. And later. And the next day.

You're right, Snappy, that's ALL I want: the ability to skip sets backwards until one finds a past set to complete. This would not affect those seeking a great challenge at all & would allow lower-level players some access to past sets. With a new game coming out soon & all the support & bug-squashing that entails, I won't be holding my breath & haven't been great at holding my temper either...tho' I promise to reform.

Yes, have to admit that this Quilting Set seems to have sparked some forum "keepers." That hasn't always been the case in the past & it's wonderful to see. That & another challenge by dean infuses this forum with new life. Oh, & the amazing generosity of others, which forms its underpinning.

p.s.: Many thanks to Snappy for the Planeta, Quo for the Frondis, JoEllyn for the Emblema, & XXX for the Gemma.

Better to use this forum (assuming friend is a forum member) since the ONLY way to leave message & it wouldn't be "personal" (anyone could read it) on GC is below your username.

Many new games now are adding this "chat" feature but PF is not one of them.

Quilt set grown, where should I send it ?

    Hi, I think I owe you a couple sets Yasha65 :)

I looked in your habs and didn't see the quilts, so did you get them and send them on already ?

I'll check in here later today and gift the quilt set in parts to anybody who needs the quilta frog or whole to Yasha if she still needs them.

Thanks. Forum PM it is - on the very rare occasion to need it.

A positive note on the high-level sets. This thought popped into my head while taming Quiltas a little while ago. Shhh, I don't want NB to hear this and get any more ideas. [ WHISPER ] at least they do not take the frogs when sets are redeemed - as when satisfying a frog request. imagine the effect that would have... [ /WHISPER ].

    Take care.

Nothing in particular. It is just going to take time. I have 154 left, so to list them all would be nuts. I have finished Maroon, Red, Tangelo, and Orange. As far as the rest of the colors, it would be a crapshoot as to if I need the breed or not.

Edit: Forgot to say thank you.

I took a chance and sent one. If you don't need it, you can sell it. :)
