I needed to restore my backup so I'm back with the last backup before upgrading: how can I make a backup when I choose to do that in order to not lose the new frogs?

In the upgrade I lost all my friends for PF! I should have written things down to convert, oopsie! So, "old" and new friends I'm on game center as haf8275 (same as plus id). With all the new frogs, I'm going to need to get serious about trading, he he he! Froggy dex went from 29% to 16%
