    Thanks for the kind words, lisi! Yes, I was out of it for a while, but still steadily dexing. I don't mind if it takes a while...being frog-focused keeps me from getting obsessed with another game. :p I especially try to check in here regularly when an update might be in the works, see if anyone has a problem with it. How well I remember the horror of Nurserygate way back when!

    Lisi mentioning trying to gift back an equal or higher frog makes me think--I hope none of my trading buddies mind, but I don't always trade back a higher one. I only gift back what I'm raising and what other friends gift me, and while I *try* to keep a vague sort of track of people's finished breeds, sometimes they get whatever. I know for me, I'd rather have a Viduo I don't have than a Veru I do, and I immediately sell anything that comes along that doesn't say "NEW" (except weekly sets. I don't like breeding them and I sing praises to my friends who send them to me!) Those I know have 100%, I usually just toss a fast breed frog to say "I'm still out here receiving your gifts!" I hope that's okay with everyone.

    Dean, if you're still in a Frogazon mood, Tangelo Veru is my least filled base color, and I would much appreciate the Tang Folium, Caelus, Bruna, Picea, and Chroma. My Veru is at 84% without ever specifically attempting to dex it!

    p.s.: Quossum, trying to trade frogs of equal or greater value was my anal approach to the game. It would be highly impractical for heavy 'dexers to magically have equal or high value frogs to send. Just ignore what I did for, not being a 'dexer, my self-rules are well outside the norm.

    Dean, you've been so generous to me already that I hate to ask, but I'm so close to the end of the dex that I would be crazy not to take up your offer. I've just finished Ligo and Floresco, and will be starting Calvaria and Pingo as soon as I've cleared out my habs.

    So, how about these:
    Yellow Chroma
    Glass Chroma
    Cocos Chroma
    Olive Chroma

    In both Pingo and Calvaria?

    You're amazing, thanks. :) sooner or later we'll all leave this thread and go our separate ways, but that doesn't mean I'll forget my generous frog friends anytime soon!;)

    The best news I've heard since forever! When I got this game last winter, I never imagined I would love it this much. :D Happy dance time!

    You know, Andi, that you could hold off on updating until you finish the dex. But then you'd have to end your 100% celebration before it was started. :confused:

    I'm glad there's going to be an update, though. Make that REALLY glad. It's been long overdue. I'm afraid they won't support iOS 4, though. I've held out for a year on updating my ipod because I'm scared of losing my data. Oh well, I'll hop over that bridge when I get to it. At the very least, I'll have the update on my iPhone and Pad. :)

    I am really surprised that it is so soon. When they said a few weeks I was thinking the end of November, maybe.

    NOTE: Because of the problems with the last update (people that had DELETED the app lost everything) I would suggest that if you know anyone that played PF in the past that you warn them and suggest that they download the game and sync with Plus+ before the update!!!

    Don't know if the update will cause problems and what if any other changes have been made to the game besides new frogs but better safe than sorry.

    Not sure what Nimblebit could have done last time (not a programmer) but warn people that an update was coming and this time they did. If someone has deleted a game I don't see how the company can notify them.

    Open letter to the customers of FROGAZON:

    Thank you for your orders today and due to the impending update ALL orders are being expedited and will be shipped within 24 hours. Hopefully this will give everyone the chance to have the shipment clear their mailboxes in time. Though we do NOT know if the current gifting system will be changed, we don't want our customers to be left with out their frogs.

    Oh, don't even go there!

    Right, going to finish the dex as it stands before I update. That leaves Calvaria and Pingo, Trivium and Gyrus to do. I received a batch of trivs yesterday so starting with those, and then the froggies from Dean as they come through.

    My usual gifting will be suspended in the meantime, as I just can't afford the time to tame gifts. There'll be loads of time for that after the update hits, but to get done in time, I have to be a wee bit selfish, for just a little while. :(

    Five stars! Best frogs anywhere!
    Product arrived in a timely manner and condition was great! Wasn't charged for expedited shipping. (Note to previous reviewer who noted that arriving frogs were untamed: Duh, they all arrive that way! These are FRESH frogs straight from the pond, and if you want them tamed you'll have to do it yourself after bringing them in from your mailbox.) Frogs from this seller have increased my 'dex by several percentage points, and have possibly made me more physically attractive, as well! Would order again any time!
