On another topic, My friend list just disappeared when I added you. I have had difficulty with viewing friends' habs (PF closes w/o warning) for a couple of days, and am waiting for this Plus+ issue to correct itself. Wasn't by my computer to read your message so sent frogs to short. S/he (I'll use "he" until corrected) is a regular here & more often than not sends out sets or starter sets to a whole lot of people. I have often been the recipient of his largesse & hard work taming & sending. When he didn't send out set this week, I wrote a number of people if they wanted my first starter set when it was ready. Short didn't respond. I checked his habs at the time & they showed remnants of last week's Raisin Set. Today I checked again & *nothing*, but nothing had changed. I thought for sure someone would mail him a set given that his generosity has extended to so many of us. So, beanpiemama, have sent you a Welcome Frog you requested but want NOTHING in return. Please. I have many trading partners & my MB is already full to overflowing with their generous gifts. I had previously stated I was adding no new friends but I'm adding you just to send your gift. Continued below. Can you send a Starter to beanpie mama, Dom? p.s.: First hope that short is OK. Maybe his wife took his only iPad. One can hope. Breeding Help: Thanks! JavaRich, Thanks so much for the explanation and the links. I appreciate your taking the time to write that up and to find the links for me. And thanks also to Beanpiemama. Yes, I do have both the Babyproof Kit and the Express Mailbox, and you're right, they're very helpful. (And I enjoyed the explanation of your name. Thanks for sharing!) After I looked at everything, I realized that I was just getting confused. I tried with a species or two and it worked well, but those were species for which I only needed a few colors. I may try again later, but for now I've decided to keep going by color. It's gotten me to 70% now, and I like being able to do different species--I think if I had to look at those Dexteras, for example, for too long, I'd simply stop playing (ugh!). And this way I can do some quickly-maturing species interspersed with those that require longer times. So now I'm at 100% through Nasus and for 7 colors. And now on to Tangelos. Whee! (If you're doing a breed and want some tangelos, please let me know. I'd be happy to share!) Many thanks to Snappy for the Sweethearts starter set; it's in my mailbox now, so if anyone wants it, please let me know--I can send it out in a day or two.
