You guys never sleep! Hey, I skip town for a bit over a week & you guys just keep going! It's inspiring & awesome. First order of business, 5,000 Froglets Worth of Congratulations to both java & laura for reaching the Award 4 goal! OK, that I put all of this all in perspective. I met java (AKA a non-gamer name) on the NB Support Forum but a short while ago. Wanting to change his name, he began AGAIN from scratch & now he's at 5,000! Wow x wow! Then there's you, Laura, who found this forum but a shorter time in the past, hopped right in & have also achieved that amazing goal! If I'm overusing exclamation points, I'm sorry, but the situation demands the appropriate response for such incredible feats. And you did all of this, java & laura, while I was away so I couldn't congratulate you in real time?! But, luckily for you two, I'm the forgiving sort. As for me, I was stranded on an island where mainly French is spoken, enjoying the sun & the delectable "moules frites," among other things. WiFi, at 40 /la semaine was, as they say in French, "horrible!!!!" Last day, impossible. That said, I did reciprocate & tried to err on the side of "maybe it was sent yesterday" caution. Completed the Superheros myself for FrogMart had "almost right" frogs on sale. Would be waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay behind on the Laser Beam Set if not for java who sent the Callainas. Mix in a simple Black Muscus Anura & "voilà," my Weekly Set will be fully cooked late tomorrow. So, did you TA PF addicts give up trading with a super-sloth like me, en vacances? A very quick thank you to everyone who has sent me frogs since i last posted. I'm not keeping track at the moment and my gifting is sporadic I have this weeks set ready if anyone needs it but I won't be able to tame them for gifting til later tonight or tomorrow morning as I'm about to head back to work. I too am currently away on a golf vacation in Florida. I tamed the snake at Copperhead, for those golf enthusits, you know exactly where I am. I have not been playing PF or reading up on this tread and also want to congratulate both Java and Laura on there 5000. Andi, I see you took this time to jettison ahead of me in gift giving. Nice but you will need a larger lead to keep it.(aka Dean) I will be returning before SuperBowl Sunday and only see a few playing in my game. Gotta say that WiFi that works or works reliably is fantastic. Never know how much you miss it until it is not available. One wonders how those without access manage to stay in touch, read the news, find answers to pressing problems. It's a godsend with certain caveats I won't get into right now. p.s.: Thanks so very, very much to Shasta for the Black Nimblis (glad you're still playing, if out of sight), jklau for the Olive Sagitta (may have sent you the wrong frog back...not sure), dlstar for the Purple Lanterna (gorgeous color), Snappy for the Orange "Chroma" Gyrus (beautiful when it changes), & danj for the Black Bulbus (reminds me of Darth Vader) & Orange Insero. I know that wasn't a request, but I had some Glass Magus, time on my hands, and I couldn't stop myself.
No, it wasn't a request, Nirtew, but thanks anyway. I had bred & kept a variety of beautiful Glass Magus & Glass Signum frogs (both Albeo & Folium) for a long time for they were simply too lovely to gift. Or prior to gifting to someone special, I'd breed another. Sent you the Glass Albeo Signum (after I bred another, of course) so you can enjoy as well. Guys, this is the reason I can't make headway in this game. It's why my habs are chronically full. It explains my seemingly endless time at level 30. I simply have a hard time parting with certain beautiful frogs! My dedication falters before such splendor. But I will continue; I will prevail. Uh...no...not really. YOU will prevail for thanks to many of you I get frogs too ordinary to breed or keep so my 'dex swells quite in spite of me. I do have one weird goal (no, not 100% of the dex) but at least one color frog from each type. Pretty good at the high & lowest ends so kinda working, OK, wouldn't call it "working" exactly just occasionally "lackadaisically trying" to fill in the "color" blanks. And, NO, this is not a request or anything resembling a request. If I genuinely need something I'll ask. Lisi, I like the glass frogs too. The glass folium frogs are cool to observe when the jump around. When a glass frog jumps onto a solid-colored frog or certain scenery, the effect is fascinating! I previously kept a Glass Viola Ornatus for months. Right now I keep a Glass Chroma Persona, Biplex, and Magus.
