Meanwhile, I promised my Weekly Set first come, first served for this evening. No takers. Just as well since my final frog, a Golden Aurum Sol, got intermixed & upstaged by my 2nd Corona so my set won't be complete to gift until tomorrow morning. Then, after checking this forum & if no takers, will mail set in its entirety to some lucky Sol (sp?), like it or not! p.s.: Thanks, still again, to Elektra for the Tangelo Mixtus & Black Adamantis - two frogs I didn't have. p.p.s.: Short, you have been amazingly generous to so many of us in terms of Weekly Sets. Please don't feel that you must provide so much to so many. To the extent that you feel it's an obligation, stop right now. If, on the contrary, it gives you satisfaction & pleasure, it's a welcome, but more often than not, unnecessary gift to many of us. p.p.p.s: What an incredible jump from changing your gamer name, java, (dropping back to 10 XP, etc.) to gifting a rather challenging Weekly Set to so many. You should be proud! It's the gift, when passed on, that keeps on giving.
Oh boy, it's been almost two weeks since my last post. <- This sounds like an AA meeting... I don't have a list this time, but I can definitely name names. Hi Nirtew, Pure Gold was actually easier than Winter Magic. Had a difficult time getting the variations of Glacio in the right order, I may need to move to the iPad! Thank you very much for the Royal Carota Magus, the White and Olive Floresco, and the Olive Veru.
I talked to caeleps last night and again suggested a visit to the forum, a case of shyness! I can confirm LauraFitz4's assertion about the time spent in the pond being key. I know that caeleps spends a lot more time in the pond than I do, for the most part I limit my exploration of the pond to a few lily pads! I tame the frog then leave. caeleps is now at level 29, blows my mind!
I've noticed the buffer frogs recently as well. I put my phone in Standby mode at the beginning of a trip and continue to receive announcements of incoming frogs up to 1+ hours after putting the phone in Standby mode. Never happened until recently. It's nice actually because it's like I'm still connected to my Neighbors! Greetings! A late happy new year to everyone, I have been working over Christmas and New Year period and I didn't have time to come to the forum. The project is not fully over yet but I will spend more time coming back here. One thing though I have not been lazy with my frogging so an overall thanks to anyone who was been exchanging frogs on a on going basis. Have a good year guys
