So I'm trying to gift some frogs out annnnd I'm getting "Sorry there was a problem sending your gift " It doesn't appear to matter who I'm trying to send it to and I am connected to the network. Is anyone else experiencing issues? I don't want this taming gone to waste! You are getting frogs! *stomps foot*
InBoots, I have received that message many times before and I am not sure what causes it. Try Exiting PF and reopening it. Or turn Wifi off on your device and back on again. If that doesn't work, try restarting your iOS device. I am not sure, but I may have tried removing friends from Plus+ list and adding them back also. Hope that helps. It has always been a temporary error for me, though the timeout can vary. Thanks to Andi for the Blue Trivium and to JavaRich for Gyrus frogs! Thanks also to anyone else who sent frogs recently. InBoots, that happens to me on a regular basis as well. Usually, rebooting the WiFi and completely exiting PF, then coming back in, so that Plus logs back in as well, is enough.

After much research and realizing the 5G iPods were likely not being released for quite a while, I upgraded yesterday to a new iPod touch 4G. Downloaded for 3 hrs. and installed what apple considers a minor update (~770 MB!) from what it shipped with, 5.0 to iOS 5.01. And I also updated Pocket Frogs and several other Apps (will update others in the coming days). Experienced a minor glitch, but after logging in to Plus+ and synchronizing, it worked fine. Although I lost my request frog, a new one appeared. The retina display is much improved over the display in my old iPod 2G. PocketFrogs looks and sounds great on the 4G iPod! Thanks to Laura for the White Geminus, and Andi for the Cocos Calyx, JavaRich for the Royal and Blue Verus, Nirtew for the Green Veru, and anyone else who sent frogs recently! InBoots, glad you got your iDevice sorted! I have had a few Calyx pass through lately; one was orange, and could have been sent to you, but I don't keep track of what I'm sending out, except that I do try not to send a froggy back to the person I got it from. Aw, it was probably a recent frog then. Darn. I was so convinced that Calyx was resurrected from the dead. Congrats on the upgrade Snappy! I'm still playing on my 3rd gen though I just bought an iPhone 4s. I guess it makes more sense to put the apps on the iPhone and leave the iPod for music! But yeah I was hoping they'd come out with a 5 soon...in the summer I had this debate and went with the refurbished 3.
