Wow! With 19,504 possible frogs & some sets (including this one) having more than one of the same frog, what are the odds of that? Never happened even once to me. Luckiest I ever get is an almost-frog which can then be more easily bred. Thanks, DeanK, for your exhaustive description of your experience & the critical caveats. It's always a scary proposition when you update not just an app but the whole iOS. In a way, it has the potential to wreck havoc on everything non-OS on the phone. As for 320 apps, why didn't you get the 64GB model? The notification system sounds so nice. I hope it'll be possible for all those PF promos for other apps to be corralled there. As for the "mine canaries" on the NimbleBit site, there are people there with problems with iOS5 - primarily with TT (then again, TT devotees make up 2/3 of the forum posts). I will still proceed with caution & wait a while before updating. And I'll always turn on Airplane Mode for that extra precaution (I do that every time I sync anyway). Although only the Black Callaina had the good fortune to make it into my MB amidst the hustle & bustle of new froggies vying for my attention, I do realize you sent me one of the Starter Sets. Thanks so much, Dom. Breeding those Trivium trying to get even one right one ended up in trivial Trivium being discarded. Star Trek might very well have called my travails, "The Trouble with Triviums!" One solitary Black Caelus Trivium is all I have to show for it after easily 20 breeding efforts, before I gave up - and it's over a day from final maturity. That said, I would have finished the set in time by...let's say...Wednesday. p.s.: In addition to thanking Dom for the Weekly Set & a Persona (definitely not non grata), I'm also grateful to dlstar, Quo, Snappy, Shasta, & jklau (some of you many times over) for the lovely froggies who are currently in or vying for the limited space in my MB - the "in place" for all the best froggies.

Second, the final & last Trivium (Black Aurum to me!), finally, literally, elbowed its way into my MB but an hour ago - such a good-for-nothing, lazy laggard. All of the respective Anuras I have are in heat & ready to...well...you know what. So please send your Trivium (Triviums? Trivia?) on their trivial pursuits to someone who genuinely needs them. Okay, Mine Canary here reporting back with my iPhone 4S: Activating the phone was a pain due to overloaded servers, but once that was done, everything restored just fine. Pocket Frogs made me re-enter my Plus+ password, and then everything was back to normal... or should I say BETTER than normal. The speed of this new phone is fantastic. Everything is smoother and faster, and the Retina display is AMAZING. My frogs never looked so good. I guess that's nothing new if you already had an iPhone 4... but I really didn't expect the improvement to be so dramatic from my old 3GS, but it is VERY much improved. The PF promos notifications are inside the game, so I don't think we'll be seeing any changes there (unless NimbleBit decides to change it).
Finished Lanterna! It took ten days. My Calvaria breeders are being lined up so that the next adventure can begin. I'm having some trials and Trivulations with this last set, but at last all are happily growing in one of the habs. Thanks for frogs, everyone! Happy hopping! --Q

Able to complete the "Melons and Seeds" set thanks to domenic15! Gifts from andinz1970, jklau, dlstar, danjarus and snappymcfrog made a 3 hour flight delay go by very quickly for me - I was in good company! Quossum, I remember you mentioning here on the forum the Maroon Aurum Veru being a good racing frog - Speed and Stamina both show at 108, thanks! Lisianne, my pleasure doing the frog request and thank you for the Magus! Dean288367, the Glass Chroma Magus is a first for me thanks to you! Updated my iPhone 3GS to IOS 5 Friday afternoon and so far, so good! No issues with Pocket Frogs or any of the apps on the phone. I received an early Christmas present, an iPad, and the game looks pretty good on the big screen but I still prefer playing it on my phone given its more portable "pocket" size. At Lvl 14 and catching up to danjarus! Back to work later today through Monday, going to Madrid. Everyone have a good weekend.

Trivium wanted I'm looking for any trivium. I can trade a red albeo bulla, yellow carota ludo, white floris ludo, marine albeo ludo, aqua viola ludo, or an azure callaina marinus.
