Was checking the rugby schedule on the New Zealand site and had trouble finding it at first because I could not find a game/match schedule and then I noticed "Upcoming Fixtures" and there it was. The next USA game in on 9/15 against Russia and it will be live on tv. I think I will let you or Andi post the score since it is on a 3:30 am .

I just can't get into TT, I remember another poster commenting that it wasn't very zen-like, and that's prolly what turns me off. I was really anticipating TT and then....meh.

I started thinking about the different techniques people are discussing regarding maximizing pond presents. There is not a way to prove the effectiveness since Plus+ doesn't record how long you spend in the pond, but it does record # of flies eaten. I'm new to trading, so I don't have a lot of neighbors, but I ran some stats on the few I have to see if anyone has an advantage on their presents to flies ratio. Here are my results.... The formula is presents / flies * 100 = percentage of collected that are presents. dean288367 51111 / 1167072 = 4.37% domenic15 13893 / 564473 = 2.46% gumbumble 4767 / 361856 = 1.32% theamat 3315 / 204466 = 1.62% juliemcbaker 2102 / 101539 = 2.07% DeanKeith 1949 /68796 = 2.83% achooey 754 / 36565 = 2.06% darthsunshine 452 / 17516 = 2.58% So assuming everyone goes for every fly and present (not a safe assumption) dean288367's technique is best... However I suspect that since his technique is to go in one direction, that might simply mean he passes up more flies. My theory is that presents are totally random and covering the most pond in the shotest time would yield best results.
I understand your logic, Dean, I really do. You've been here since Day 1 & I arrived well after. You're at Level 50-something & I'm at 20-something. You're a heavy trader. I'm not. You're a 'dexer. I'm not. You appear to be in your element with frogs flying fast & furious, as they are currently. I'm more in my element in the "helping" mode, not with sending frogs so much as with answering questions as I do on the GetSatisfaction site. NimbleBit used to have a support forum here, in another thread. They abandoned it with narry a word & no link to their current site established 2 months ago. If NB thinks it has a better site for its support, why not an additional (not replacement!) site for trading? It's a natural. You'd be happy to know that a user, "David," already posted about this TA site on the GS site. Several times & counting. There will always be an interchange of users between & among sites - I see that as a good thing. Don't expect you or many of the regulars to agree with me. That's OK. You've all established your home here. dean288367 - Wow, thank you for my Clunicula! So, so grateful. Ok, just maturing my batch of Bulbus. I'm concerned that I will miss any requests as I can only make it here for a short time every evening, so - I'll be checking in for the next 1hr or so. After that please feel free to PM me a Bulbus request. I have 23 Bulbus ready to go (some are being matured right now but will be ready in the next 30mins).
I am not worried about another trading site, I believe that there are enough people playing PF to have several sites . My logic is that if the developers have to spend time moderating a trading site that it will diminish their time with programming problems. Anyway, I wish you success with your project on the GetSatisfaction site.
