You have to sign up to plus+. If you've done that, tap on the Plus+ icon on the menu screen. Tap find friends and add the plus+ name you want to add - Domenic15 in this case. Now he will show up in your neighbors list, and tapping 'gift' in the frog's screen will bring up his name.
Go into plus+ from the menu and go to "find friends" and then go to "search plus". Put in the name and search. Add the person and that will make them a neighbor so that you can gift to them.
I started out as a solo Pocket Frogger as well. Playing PF and building up stamps, using some every now and then and thinking how would I ever use them all. Now with frog trading, I'm trying not to run out of them ! It was the last major update, that got me into frog trading and this forum. I saw the cool variety of the new breeds and wanted to raise and breed them myself! A special thanks to Qwerty who was one of those instrumental in getting me started with the new breeds. I am not sure that another trading forum on a "Support Site" is what is needed. Perhaps just some type of link that gives all the other trading forum is enough. With a quick google search one can find ... Wikepedia, facebook, yahoo, gamespot, gamefaqs, thonky and TOUCH ARCADE. Of course, this is just IMO.
