Are you kidding? The NFL starts tonight? Ironically, tonight is the start of a much more important tournament! The Rugby World Cup kicks off tonight in Auckland, and as a huge All Blacks supporter, I can't wait! It is a six-week extravaganza of rugby, and one that we have a poor record of winning (we last won the inaugural tournament, held here, in 1987! ), in spite of having the greatest team in the world. This will be our year... And yes, the USA has a team in the competition. So, if you don't see me here much for a while, I aten't dead, or gone, just away watching the rugby... Thank you for all the recent froggy gifts (maroon Obaros now, Dean?? You rock!), and thanks in advance to my froggy friends for any that might land in my MB between now and October 23! Going to try to continue gifting, and keeping up with weekly sets, but PF will take a back seat for a while. P.S, My vote is for the Packers, I like them, when I do get to see the football. And their fans make me laugh.
Oh, wow. Apparently I wasn't the only person who had been completely stumped on getting the Bulbus breed. Not a few pages ago we were mentioning that the newer breeds didn't seem to appear in the weekly sets or the requests, and now the hardest one to get shows up. A ploy to get people into the social aspect of the game? Right at the time when these worries over the Plus+ network are flying about...Hmmm... In any case, it is a lovely set, and thank you *very* much, shortbus, for the starter frogs. When I get some bred and raised I'll send them forth to others if there's anyone still seeking by that time. Also thank you to the other regulars; I've shipped out many of my freshly grown Magus to you all. All you new folks here, if you like spying on habitats, feel free to visit mine; I really enjoy decorating and have some cute ones. Happy hopping! --Q
