If you catalogue your frogs, I believe you can re-buy the exact same species via your catalogue. You could catalogue and then sell some frogs to have more coins, while retaining the ability to get them again some other time.

Does anyone know what happens to the old background if you put a new one?

Almost lvl 9, but I have had a bit of a head start

 

All the backgrounds and scenery show up in the store, you just have to check back every day since the items sold change every midnight.

There are a LOT more frogs and scenery in the game than show up at once in the stores.

Also, my Pro Store isn't working, I really wanna buy some growth potion and stamps... I have an internet connection... do I have to be a certain level to access it?

 

9-11 is today's date, so I'd assume tomorrow would be 9-12.

 

I'm fairly sure DLC is only activated when the game is truly released. Since you got it via promo code, the In-App Purchases aren't active yet.
