looking forward to this game so much!i bet it'll look great with the retina display on the new ipod touch.it'll be a defiant purchase for me as soon as it comes out.
I want my free to own, reproducing, pond going, Lilly pad hopping, mutation happening, gift giving, level gaining, rare finding, gift box searching, ad supported, with fast action pay for extras, awesome, frog playing, application.
that video just makes me want the game even more but quick question,would it be easy for you(the developers) to implement some sort of market place that we could trade frogs,decorations,etc. with other players?i understand we can have friends but that got old for me on games such as "we rule/farm" because i didn't actually know half my friends,i plan to try and convince as many of my real life friends to play but i'd rather not have to add 2938423289732409 random people just to be able to trade and such. also if that isn't do able then what kind of social program does the game use(ie.openfeint)? and will there be a way to see if your friends haven't played for awhile?and will it be easy to delete them?same thing with games like "we farm/rule"i hated having to go through all my "friends" farms and such just to see if they were still active then having to go into plus+ and delete them if they weren't,very time consuming if you had a lot of friends.
The game uses plus+ for social integration. And trading isn't a central focus of the game so it only has very basic ways to gift frogs and scenery items to anyone on plus+.
Me too; I'm really excited for the release! By the way, on a totally unrelated note, I absolutely love the sound you used for menu navigation and selection. It's one of those sounds that just sounds awesome! The only other sound similar in awesomeness is the sound of Mario's bootsteps on brick in Super Mario Sunshine. Those two sounds...I don't know what it is, but they are absolutely awesome to listen to.
I can't believe I'm looking forward this much to a game about breeding and collecting frogs. But I am.
Me too. I don't really ever play these types of games, but this one caught my eye and I can't wait to have my frogs! Come on Apple! Approve it!!
