Am I missing something? There is no way this has Retina Display. Have I misunderstood something?

Um, where is the help button? And how the hell do you pause? This may have been answered, but I can't search for it. Anyone? This is supremely annoying.

You can pause by flipping the device forward and back, as if you were dipping it upside-down into a vat of fondue. The first campaign is a complete tutorial, so you shouldn't need a help button.

Thanks for the response, but I must disagree with "shouldn't need a help button." LOTS, in fact most, games have both a tutorial and help menu. And from the update I acquired minutes ago there was mention of a new aim function. Or do I have to do the tutorial again to find out about it? See what I mean?

    UPDATE
OK, the pausing is still as unintuitive as all get out, but at least it's something. I guess the way I was "dipping" wasn't good enough... Oh, well...

Cool game, I have added to my sites Game Center list. Is all the details we have for it correct?

Hi, great game, no problems for me.

But, how do you get GameCenter to start up in the app? I don't see anywhere to select it.

    GAME CENTER

The game will post your scores and on the end screen after each level it compares your scores. Would you want a new button on the main menu to access game center? we can put this in an update for you

I personally love the minimalistic main screen in this game. The less buttons - the better. If you do decide to incorporate the Game Centre button, please make it in the same style as the others. The game is beautiful.

    Hi Joshsslade,

I downloaded this game a few months ago but finally finished a few games I was already playing. I started playing this and noticed the in game graphics are definitely not retina supported anymore, however the menus, in game text and iOS icon are retina supported.

I'm thinking it might have something to do with the latest update and me using a 4th gen iPod touch. I know minigore had a problem where their retina update was not compatible with 4th gen iPod touch. Although when I first got my 4th gen I started this game up just to see how it looked, and it was crystal clear and beautiful (so I do notice the difference and it's not just a case of me not knowing how the game looks) this was before the latest update, which is why i suspect that maybe that has something to do with it. So just to clearify, only the in game graphics are unsupported, not the texts and menus. Also, I double checked and I am not in 8 bit mode ;) I even tried reinstalling and rebooting, no luck. Anyone else having this issue?

If you have an iPhone 4 I think you might be ok. Could be just an issue withrhe 4th gen iPod.

This issue has sprung up with a number of games - it should be an easy fix.

It's amazing how different the non-retina games look after having been spoiled by games using the new display...

Yeah, I hate to be that person to say it...but unsupported games are basically unplayable after seeing how crisp the new resolution is.
