Yep, bought the DLC and definitely will support these guys. For those playing it, humans are now attacking the bugs homeworld (48 hour event, being severely defeated until now) so move your lazy asses people
Ah, thanks for that. I was going to post that I don't mind when companies charge a lot for unsubstantial DLC like this when they provide actual content for free. That way the player base doesn't get fragmented, and people can support or tip the developers for their work. If they do provide a nice free content update, I'll pony up the $9 to support them. I decided to get back on the game today and I saw that. I advised to do a mission by myself. I think it was around a level 10 one. Anyways, I finally called the shuttle and when it was 30 seconds away I lost connection to the server. Grrrrrr. I hate how you get nothing if you're kicked.
I forget who recommended Persona 4 to me a while back. I've been playing it quite a bit lately. I must admit it turned out a lot better than I expected. The social aspect didn't turn out bad at all, and I actually enjoy some of it. The characters are pretty funny also. I'm also glad there isn't a bunch of weird sexual stuff in it like most of the Japanese games. Spoiler I personally love the part when they go to town on their scooters to pick up chicks. The whole thing made me laugh, especially when the fat one came. Also,I ended up buying the collectors edition of Persona Q while it was on sale. I heard it was a lot different, but I'm sure I'll get some enjoyment out of it. I also needed a case for my 3DS, so I figured why not pay the extra $20 and get a case plus the other goodies? Thanks to those who recommended it!
It's work for hire so they've likely already been paid, although sales definitely won't hurt their bargaining position with Sony. Good stuff regarding the free DLC, be interesting to see what it contains.
Everyone buy Klonoa!! Such an underrated game that needs more sequel! Also Mutant Blobs Attack. Support its devs! Also I finally caved in and bought Gravity Rush despite hearing about horrible controls and loading times.I wonder if this was a compensation price for Vita owners since there are rumors it's getting a PS4 port and a sequel on the latter instead of Vita smmfh
You'll probably like Gravity Rush, we discussed it here ages ago and I remember being the only one who detested it. Mutant Blobs Attack is definitely a pick, one of my first Vita games and still a favorite. That ending level (MAJOR SPOILER Spoiler the blob eating the earth and the entire solar system ) still brings a smile to my face
Hey you! You think I'll like it? I downloaded the demo last year but I think it showcased the game in a very bad light (at least for me). So not really having high hopes for the full thing. But eh it's for a price of an iOS game... I loved Mutant Blobs to pieces and it was really charming as you said. The devs are the same ones that made Guacamelee right? I'm not feeling their newest vita game Severed; it looks like Fruit Ninja with watered down Guacamelee graphics.... By the way Xeodrifter is coming to Vita too. It's on sale this week on eShop for 5$ but I'll wait for the PSN version for the trophies of course. Too bad it's so short! EDIT: do you have PixelJunk Monsters? I still have the co-op trophy left to achieve 100% if you got it can we team up online and waste 30 min playing the first level online so it pops up?
Ouch! Poor Nemerleb... Shot down... Stabbed in the back... Heart torn asunder... Broken... I know it must be hard to be stabbed in the back like that.... Just know, I'll always be here for you unlike other people... *glares at Lucian*
ScotDamn, we already know that you like touching monster girls and stroking your Vita. There is no need to remind us.
Dude I bought nearly every game on the flash sale. I'm pretty much never going to have time to play what I got and yet can't wait to add more. Looking forward to Darkest Dungeons.
That's my man! Now you know how I always feel. I only bought 4 games and I doubt I'll be able to finish them all anytime soon. I haven't really heard of Darkest Dungeon. I need to look into it. Edit: Well, thanks a lot. Now there is another game I'm being forced to buy. Hopefully I can find time in my huge backlog to play it.
Two mech games today. I just hope armored core ps one original works/controls better than the psp ports that were made for one analog stick.
I tested PS Now today and it really works like a charm (also my internet connection is flawless so maybe that has to do with it). The selection given isn't all that appealing to me, but we'll see how it evolves throughout the year.
Good to hear. My network can be a bit iffy, so I'll probably stay away for now. Unless they put Demon Souls on there. I also have a really important question to ask you. Will you take my hand and marry me? No? Damn. Oh well, do you at least have any recommendations for jRPGs on the Vita? I've always enjoyed the Final Fantasy series, and I'm having a blast with Persona. I won't be buying one soon, I just would like to know any good series out there that I should keep an eye on. Thanks.
Yeah it's really not worth it atm especially since all the awesome games have yet to be streamed (Heavy Rain, Monkey Island, Okami HD and the likes). But it has Ico, Shadow Of The Colossus, Last Of Us (surprisingly) and some good indies like Vessel, Contrast and The Cave. I also found the prices pretty inconsistent: like you are obliged to rent out Sam And Max for twenty dollars for a month! I rented The Raven now for 7 dollars for a week but it's worth it since I usually never return to play these types of games. Maybe take a look at Tales Of Hearts R. It's a remake of a DS game but with an actiony twist. Never tried it though.
Oh, it sounds like they have added more games since I've last checked it out. I might try Shadow of the Colossus and the Last of Us sometime if my connection doesn't make it completely unplayable. I've looked into Tales of Hearts R before, and it honestly didn't stand out to me. Well, Persona 4 sounded kind of boring and looked a bit strange at first, but you know how that turned out for me. The only other RPGs I can think of are the Hyperdimension ones and the Conception one. Hyperdimension seemed meh and Conception... I'm just going to say no to that. I also wanted to thank you. Usually when I ask you for advice or recommendations I tend to throw in an insult or two. Still you put up with my abuse and give me some good recommendations and notify me of upcoming games I may like. I just wanted to know I appreciate it. I really enjoy (harassing) this little community, everyone here is just awesome.
