I sold my copy of Borderlands 2 (from the bundle). I still have an 8GB card I don't think I have a use for, so if anyone is interested (in the US) let me know. I'll sell it for $15 shipped (again, US only) I'm liking the Vita 2000 more and more as each day passes. I don't really notice any issue with the LCD any more and it's so light, the battery life is better, buttons are better and the micro-USB charging seems to work with everything I've tried. I recommend this grip: http://amazon.com/gp/product/B00GZG8CV2/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 It is fairly cheap and seems well made. It allows you to charge while it is on the Vita too (unlike the one I had for the Vita-1000 that was very similar)
One of my favorite games, Spelunky, will be free for PS+ next week in the US and Europe. They are listing it as a PS4 game because that is when the PS4 version is to be released, but it is going to be cross-buy from what I understand, so you can get it on Vita and PS3 as well.
Yeah I very well may do that. $40 is a tough sell for a game I might end up hating and not playing. Damn it man!
Glad to hear you are liking it and are satisfied with your purchase. I'm not sure if you would be willing to do me a favor, but would you by any chance be willing to post pictures of what the vita looks with the grip attached? Preferably front and back? I always thought about getting a grip, but I feel like they would look really stupid on it.

Hey Andy, I'm not sure if I've seen you here before. If not, welcome! Thanks for the video and info, it looks interested. Are you sure it's coming to PS Vita? I'm a little surprised to see iOS developers releasing a game on the Vita. Well the game looks pretty neat and different.
Pix the cat is indeed coming to Vita. Its a PS+ game for October in the U.S at least. In case you're still wondering what the grip looks like on Vita (sorry for the awful quality)
Thanks for the info and the pictures! There's no need to be sorry either, you took those pictures just to help me out. You did nothing wrong, you actually helped. Thank you. On a side note, you have a white vita! That means you're Japanease! I never knew that.
@ SID; used the 3DS for those pictures, heh. @ Anubis; nah I'm from the U.S. I got the Ass Creed bundle back on black friday 2012.
Same as you,i like and want Vita 2000 while i own 1000 ,also i heard the speaker sound is louder and better. Do you think is it a good idea to own both of them?
I own both and think it isn't a good idea because you'll have trouble getting used to the crappy (compared to the older one) 2000 model screen. It's not just the colors, the 1000 touchscreen is more responsive IMO (and of many others if you google it). Videos don't do it justice, when you have both devices and run the same games / videos side by side there's a very very noticeable difference in quality. Both speakers are bad, 2000 battery is definitely better and the Start / Select buttons are vastly improved but the 1000 has a better grip and doesn't feel plasticky and cheap like the 2000. If you don't have one yet, the new 3DS model would be a much better purchase than a 2nd Vita.
Wow, trade in on vita games is truly pathetic. I took 3 games in today. Curse of the Curry God (played 2-3hrs) P4G (played < 3hrs) Toukiden (played < 1 hour) and I was offered £8 trade in value for ALL three!! Eight quid!!! I was astounded
Those places have huge markups on their resale though. An example from PS4- Shadow of Mordor just came out this week - new is $59.99, a couple used out there are as low as about $53.99 (plus about $4 shipping - so essentially same as new), but Amazon will give you up to $37 for your copy for them to sell.. Definitely feels like a rip off...
The used game market has always been a rip through retail, at either end of the spectrum (buyer or seller). You're better off going through something like trademe, gumtree, eBay or equivalent.
I will give you 9 quid! Just kidding, but yeah those places are always a rip off. "Hey, well buy that old useless game from you and only give it a small mark up of 5 times what we paid you for it."
I think Amazon is the better place to resell your old games tbh. Even mailing them the package is free.
haha, the only camera worse than the Vita. Is that grip, this one:http://www.amazon.com/Nyko-Power-Grip-Vita-Sony-PS/dp/B0079V29EI/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1412443984&sr=8-2&keywords=ps+vita+nyko+power
Hey, this is for people with the slim model. Is there a good grip that doesn't cover up important ports? For example, I would to be able to charge the vita with the grip on and change the game. The actually memory card I don't care about. I was interested in the Nyko one, but it covers the game port. I would rather not have to take it off every time I want to change a game. I know, first world problems....
