Curse you again! You forced me to buy this game and now I can't put it down. Grrrrr curse you demon, devil, witch, heretic, apostate, banker, or whatever you are!
^This. A million times this. I missed years of great games that I can now enjoy thanks to the Vita system. Since I've had more time with it, whoever says the Vita is a bad purchase doesn't know what they're talking about. Of course I'm use to buying and downloading games and indie titles so that may skew my view. But I really believe it's an excellent device to have, especially when paired with an iPad as a secondary game device. And now I'm off to buy Rogue Legacy...
Bought Rogue Legacy. It looks like a cool game, but I find everything is too small on the Vita screen. Reading the text is an eyestrain. I have similar feelings about Spelunky. Instead I will play it on my PS3.
Wow. So Rogue Legacy is freaking awesome. And I'm used to the dying aspect of traditional roguelikes.. but damn this game is tough!
I mean it's not a system for everyone. I was afraid when I bought it that I would dislike it since I usually play PC games which are usually bigger, prettier, and cheaper (If you look around). Now that I've had the system for a few months I absolutely adore it. I actually play it more than pc games now.
Yeah I'm loving it also. Though I'm not sure how far you have gotten and what part is hard. I would also like your thoughts on something. Some spoilers below... ----------Spoilers----------- If you have gotten to the "second" boss Alexander? I felt he was easier than the first. I was wondering how you felt about his difficulty.
Rogue Legacy text is definitely way too tiny on the Vita screen, though I don't have issues with the text in Spelunky. RL seems a lot worse in that regard. But it's not a deal killer or anything.
To clarify, my problem with Spelunky was more about that some objects are really tiny; not so much the text there.

Hahaha. On a serious note thanks for pointing the game out. I've had a blast with it so far and probably wouldn't have bought it if you didn't mention it. At the very least I wouldn't have preordered it and saved $4. So thanks!
For those with a PS3 and / or PS4 this latest sale has Cross Buy for all three platforms, and for Rogue Legacy with the Cross Save you can play anywhere and anytime. I hope that practice continues - it makes the purchase easier and feels like I am getting a really good deal (3 games for the price of 1).
Does anyone know when the Wolf Amongst Us is getting a Vita release? The only answer I can find is a generic 'end of 2014'.
I beat Rogue Legacy! It was a great game, but now I can continue with my life. Oh, and curse you for the hundredth time nemerleb for getting me addicted to it.
I'm impressed that you beat Rogue Legacy. I haven't come anywhere close. Fantastic game and I am pretty addicted to it.
Rogue Legacy PSN is more expensive than on PC, but I definitely don't think it's overpriced. I will be playing this for a long time. Tons of value.
Yeah it's a great game. It looks like there is a new game plus also which makes me happy. This game is definitely going to stayed installed for a long time. By the way, how's Demon Gaze?
Haha. Yeah I made it to lvl 100 also. Before finishing the game I was able to make 10000+ runs allowing me to level up pretty quick also. By tomorrow I'll be lvl 1000.
