Hope you never EVER need PSN support.

Few weeks ago I bought a 2-game bundle: Fort Defense + Fort Defense North Menace. First game does not install due to an error, second one is a demo. I can't say everybody but same happened to other people, so I'm not alone.

Waited a bit for a fix which didn't come. Asked for a refund, denied today because according to their Terms of Service all sales are final (even for broken games, I must assume...).

Similar situation happened about 3 months ago when I bought Mahjong World Contest which was also a demo, disappeared from the Store a few weeks, returned as a full game but my purchase is still the demo file while the full version is not recognized as an already bought one.

I've been a VERY heavy spender at PSN all these years, will seriously reconsider that after all this crap.

Probably depends on who you get stuck with. A few weeks ago I bought a digital game and the next day it went on sale. So I asked if it was possible to get the difference refunded but instead they refunded the full price and allowed me to buy for the sale price. So maybe try again and see if you get someone else. Anyways, I hope you get refunded or a patch comes out. Good luck

Maybe you're right, but if that's so then Sony customers are depending on chance to get something they shouldn't even been having to ask for in the first place.

If an uninstallable / paid demo are mistakenly released everyone who bought it should be automatically refunded and given an apology. Refusing to at least give the money back is borderline theft, doesn't matter the value.

Pissing off old and loyal customers for a bunch of cheap s***ty indie games is just bad business practice in my book.

Yeah,I understand. It's understandable if my request got denied, but yours shouldn't have. I reccomend taking pictures or videos of the problem and then showing them that it doesn't work. If they say no, say you want to talk to their manager. I wish you luck, sorry you have to go through so much trouble.

Yeah you shouldn't need to jump through hoops when they've been at error, that's actually really poor circumstances too, not even slightly refutable and they should just accept it. Support for anything seems really hit and miss these days, largely depends on who you get. I always ask for a manager or superior if I'm not getting anywhere, not to be an arse but they typically have more experience and common sense whereas some of the frontline support are pretty green and mainly interested in just closing their tickets.

Not to mention your problem doesn't seem entirely legal on their part, not sure what kind of consumer protection you have in your country but I'd assume you'd be covered.

What I actually came on to post for - just got LBP Vita on sale (EU) and it's a fantastic rendition of the franchise, I didn't have much interest previously but glad I dropped for the sale, really impressed. I know it's relatively old and most people will have it, but solid nevertheless.

    Next up Tearaway

LBP Vita is great, pretty much identical to its console counterparts.

I like LBP games but always thought there's something amiss holding them back from greatness. Can't point exactly what it is, maybe the floaty jumping, don't know, they never seem to reach the platforming perfection of, let's say, a Mario game.

Anxiously waiting for LBP3, maybe MM will get it right this time.

Since LBP 3 will support LBP 1 & 2 levels I highly doubt it'll feel all that different.

Right, I apologise first and foremost for not having read the whole thread as I don't have a spare week lol, but I've just got a Vita for me birthday and was wondering what the main games I should aim to get for it are.

I've been a member of PS+ since the very beginning so I already have a lot of games for it already but I'm a bit of hoarder so I'm always on the look out for more. I like pretty much every genre bar sports and fighters but even then I'm willing to try a stand-out title.

Thanks for any help guys, there's no rush though as I've rediscovered Persona 4 so that will keep me very happy for a while!

Happy belated birthday! Also don't apologise for not reading the entire thread. It would be strange if you did. Anyways, I'm sort of a new owner also so I won't have as many suggestions.

    * Killzone Mercenary is a great fps if you are into those kind of games. The single player is pretty fun because as the name suggests you play as a mercenary. There is also multiplayer and a botzone (dlc). Also, all of the items you earn in single player carry over to multiplayer and vice versa. It also has some of the best graphics on the system.

    * Soul Sacrifice Delta is a fun monster hunter style game. The story is actually pretty interesting and the presentation is great. There is a lot of content and multiplayer is supported. The gameplay is pretty fun and the graphics are great also. I highly reccomend this game.

    * Little Big Planet is a fun plat former. There is a decent mount of levels and several mini games. The great thing about this game is there is an awesome level editor. Not only does this mean an endless amount of awesome content, there are also various mini games. The graphics are pretty good and their is a lot of customization.

    * Final Fantsy X is a great remaster. It runs great and features a lot of content. Another port I really enjoyed is Terraria, which is a cheap game that provides a lot of entertainment.

Sorry I don't have more recommendations, as I just recently got a vita also. I hope helped at least a little and I hope you enjoy your brand new vita!

I'd agree with Killzone Mercenary and LittleBigPlanet, I also enjoyed Wipeout 2048 ( but you probably already have that if you've been a PS+ member from the start), Escape Plan is pretty decent and on sale at the moment (EU), Super Stardust Delta if you want a solid arcade shooter, Flower for chilling, Rainbow Moon for simple/decent old school grindy RPG, Hustle Kings for pool and snooker, Another World for classic redux.

Other games I can think of but are definitely PS+ would be Gravity Rush and Uncharted Golden Abyss, Shooter Ultimate, Monsters Ultimate HD, Dead Nation.

Incoming for me would be the Frozen Synapse redux, looks brilliant if you're into tactical games.

To add to the already exisiting list:

Great games that are out now:
    - Sly Trilogy, Sly Cooper: Thieves in Time
    - Oddworld: Stranger's Wrath
    - Bit Trip Runner 2
    - Metal Gear Solid HD Collection (A must if you haven't played MGS 2 or 3 before!)
    - Lumines Electronic Symphony
    - Sonic & All-Stars Racing Transformed (That one's definitely already been free on PS+)
    - Rayman Origins/Legends (Legends pretty much includes Origins)
    - Unit 13
    - Sound Shapes
    - Guacamelee!
    - Zero Escape: Virtue's Last Reward

Upcoming games I'm looking forward to:
    - The Ratchet & Clank Trilogy (Out this week in the EU! :) )

    - Helldivers
    - Counterspy
    - Frozen Synapse Tactics
    - Broforce
    - Velocity 2X
    - Volume

Anyone buying Child Of Light? It was on sale on Steam this past week, but I opted for a Vita purchase (achievements, RPGs are better off being portable in my opinion).

I have PS3/PS4 versions and would love it on Vita, but have heard it's not crossbuy and not sure I want to buy it again.

I went the PC route I've been out of space on my Vita since Killzone and still no sign that Sony is every going to give us the 64gb cards Japans already had for ages, at this point I'm thinking of boycotting Sony completely in the future.

Child of Light isn't bad at all though I didn't honestly know what I'd think of it.

Serious question as I've thought about doing this but haven't bothered to try - can you have multiple memory cards? Space is also an issue for me at the moment so having a couple of cards stacked up when I have to go away would be great.

I'm not to sure how well it would work but I have read people saying that switching cards messes up all the bubbles/folders/icons each time and I've heard of people losing their games completely but still not being able to get the space back so I personally wouldn't risk it.

Honestly if you have those versions you're not missing out on all that much since they aren't adding any new content to the game (the only noteworthy thing would "The Golem bonus quest" but I saw it was available for XBOX gamers already. Did you find the game challenging? I dislike cookie cutter RPGs...
