Borderlands 2: so many negative review for it. But the comments below all the review all say that the review are way off. Anyone here got Borderlands 2 on vita? is it as bad as all the review say? Cause it comes out on the 23 (just after my birthday: Cha-Ching!) and i want to know if its value for Money Edit: on yeah; my psn is Sebattytan - add away
I really like it, hoping to play a lot more this weekend and power through a playthrough but it isn't likely. Most of the issues with textures and frame rate seem to have been fixed yesterday and vehicle responsiveness feels alot better. As for the back touchpad controls I have no problems with them and actually really like them, the new back touchpad on the 2000 feels alot better than the 1000, starting to thing my 1000 was a little faulty
Haha don't worry I had over 50 shots off target in fifa one time cause I couldn't get my fingers confortable without tapping the back pad haha. I am definatley getting it now! Are they updating it yet? Some devs don't bother with ports >_<
Gaming-age gave bl2 vita an A grade. IGN rated it a 5.4 (and I'm sure the reviewer wasn't aware another ign writer gave Resistance Burning Skies a 5.5!). This may be one of the more divisive Vita games to hit in a while.
If you take it for what it is, Borderlands 2 on a handheld, then it's a fantastic game. The problem is that it's based off a console game so they are always comparing against those. I am having fun with it. I haven't really played the game much elsewhere so love that I can pick up and do a mission here and there and just put it into sleep mode rather than save and have to restart. It's not the smoothest in terms of framerate, but it's more than playable.
If you look back in the comments I listed a lot of details about the game. The patch may have helped some, but the frame rate still seems to be about 20-30. I mean it's playable, and it's borderlands to go. However, it does have some faults.
Sort of, bot nearly as many drops. As my second time around with this game I do like it alot more than the x360 version
I know some here are not fans of Indie games, but I'm super duper excited for Vlambeer's Nuclear Throne on Vita (and PS3/PS4). I may actually end up buying on Steam Early Access because I can't wait. LOL. But it's a rogue-like so I'll have no problem buying it again on PSN and will get tons of value out of it later on too. Hopefully it will be 3-way cross-buy. Their game Luftrausers was 2-way cross-buy, so it seems likely.

So yeah i had new ps vita slim for awhile now and I think it's really great. Honestly, since my old vita has been gone for awhile, I can not tell if screen is actually worse or not. BL2 looks great, graphically it's an amazing port. I played about 4 hours since I started today and I am at lvl 9. I gotta say driving is very tricky (I put at least 100 into ps3 version), as well as aiming. I honestly think this game doesn't worth any higher score than 6.5. It's not the greatest game on the vita, Game freezes every once in awhile even tho it haven't crashed on me yet but I heard lots of people complaing. And yeah, frame drop is CLEARLY there and it gets to place where I felt like I was just let my drone do the work because I can not shoot enemies (first boss fight) I died about 6 times now it's purely because game will freeze up for like 1-3 seconds and I am dead and I can't do a damn thing. It is annoying but still fun. But I would not recommend just getting vita for BL2
Yup I did. Well I didn't play before the patch so I can't comment on that but framerate issues are still there.
Well... I decide to get playstation plus because it seemed like an okay deal. I decide to try gravity rush even though I didn't know what it was. I must admit so far it's pretty awesome.
