Thanks for the suggestion. The combat seems like it would be kind of what I was looking for, but it doesn't seem to have an open world . I also don't like that anime style too much... Kind of creeps me out.

If you're wondering if you should buy Wayward Souls for iOS (or Android or PC), know that according to the dev it is coming to Vita/PS3/PS4 (or some combination - they didn't give me specifics yet). They say news will be forthcoming. I certainly hope it will made for Vita. The perfect device for it. FYI, I asked Rocketcat Games on twitter and they responded with that info.

I was just about to post on the Wayward Souls thread that this game would be a joy to play on the vita or even the wii u/3ds eshop. Im so double dipping for this one as I also think it would be just perfect there.

Now i just wish Foursaken starts dabbling in porting some of their games to the vita too.

Nice batch of sales based on Japanese-originated games tomorrow. I have most but you're looking at stuff like the latest Ys, Chrono Cross, Metal Gear Solid HD and more.

    Yeah
My other suggestion would be MGS:HD collection.
Other games are really not worth it IMO

I might get Muramasa. I'm saving for a PS4 and was trying not to buy anything, but I might have to make an exception as I've been wanting to try it for a while.

Vagrant Story is $2.99 and less than 100 mb installed. A must!

???????? That is not on the list! One of the few RPGs I never bought. A great time to try and old classic.

Please some honest opinions - Metal Gear Solid HD Collection - better to get the PS3 version, or is the Vita controls make the game an enjoyable experience? I generally prefer console to handhelds, but obviously like the portability, but not at the expense of frustrating controls. Thanks for helping me...

This PSN sale is kicking my wallet's butt.. :D
Chrono Cross and Trigger, Muramasa, Vagrant Story, Hot Shots Golf, and Metal Gear (either PS3 or Vita) so far...

Might be better off with the ps3 version. If I recall correctly you get peacewalker which wasn't in the vita version

Well... I finally decide to buy a vita, the BL2 bundle to be exact. Does anyone have any recommendations for games I should look into buying?

I have both. While the Vita version is really really great the PS3 one is better and has Peace Walker HD which by itself is more than enough reason to get it over the portable one.

I bought Vagrant Story. Hopefully will have some time to try it out tonight. I don't actually know what I'm in for, have just heard it was great. :)

Has the same graphics quality as the first Metal Gear Solid, with timing-based attacks off a turn-based system. You'll slowly work your way through dungeons, cutscenes with voice bubbles (no voice acting or FMV), while constantly leveling up and changing weapons.

Some weapons are useless vs some enemies. You can't fall in love with one type of weapon!

If you like FPS games then maybe have a look at Killzone Mercenery, by far the best FPS on the platform (not taking into account BL2 which obviously hasn't been released yet). Uncharted you get for free if you have PSN+ as you do Gravity Rush. I also enjoyed Wipeout 2048, think that may also be free in US (not 100% certain) but isn't in EU anymore.

Games I've yet to try but have my eye on and could be worth doing some research on are Tearaway and TxK.

Thanks for all of the info! Would you mind explaining how the PSN+ works? Do you get to play them as long as you have the subscription, or do they rotate games every so often?
