I found this article comparing the graphics of Borderlands 2 to the PC and Xbox 360 versions, no idea where they got that one screenshot from the Vita version from, but the graphics quality does look believable. Here's the gif comparing the Vita and PC version: What I don't get is why the lake is so much bigger in the Vita version EDIT/UPDATE: The screenshot is definitely real, since it's from the official site for the PS Vita 2000. Since the screenshot on the sight isn't in the Vita's native resolution it may have been upscaled for this comparison and the game may actually look better than this. (I mean, of course it'll look better in motion on the vita's screen, but it may be in a higher resolution than this as well)
If the framerate is dipping around 15fps like resistance or cod, it won't so any good. Honestly I don't know how it's gonna turn out when some PS2 port games can't be running steady 30 FPS Still, fingers crossed tho
Yeah, the Vita turns 2 so here is info on sales for the U.S.: http://blog.us.playstation.com/2014/02/24/ps-vita-turns-two-celebrate-with-sales/ Will have to pick up Hotline Miami at $4.99.
Malicious for me, but I'll consider a few others. Nice mix of sales. I wish more PSN games for PS3 had Vita versions already (stares at Scott Pilgrim). I know Dead Nation was announced for Vita but I've seen no updates in ages.

(Kind of a late reply here) I think the port will be kind of like Need for Speed Most Wanted was on vita, maybe even slightly better since there was more time for making this port: It'll be the exact same game with a visual downgrade and less support in terms of DLC, but other than that will run fine. I do hope that unline NFS MW Borderlands 2 will run at native res though. Certain PS2 Ports not running well isn't a good argument for Borderlands 2 not running well, since they were bad ports, as proven by good PS2 ports like the Metal Gear Solid HD Collection which runs and looks perfectly fine. I wouldn't call Borderlands 2 a taxing game, so it really comes down to how good of a job the devs porting it do, not how much the Vita can handle.
Dammit! Playing Jax an Daxter and have all trophies except one for the snack mini game. Of course you cannot just replay the mini game so now I have to replay the first quarter of the game to get back to that point. *edit* Got it! I never played Jax and Daxter and it was surprisingly fun! Started Jax II, but it's so much... darker and gloomy feeling. Jax 1 was so bright and cheery, I don't know if I want to play this one now. Guess it's time for Tearaway. Oh, anyone who hasn't picked up Hotline Miami, I would highly recommend it. I had my doubts and debating getting it, but the videos didn't make it seem all that fun.
Huh, it was quite the opposite for me: I didn't finish Jak 1, because I found it kind of boring and the platforming was too frustrating. While I liked Jak 2 there are some pretty major difficulty spikes in it, in the end there was a part I simply couldn't get past. Jak 3 is the only game in the series I've finished, since it improved upon the gameplay of the previous two and didn't have any completely impossible parts, I think I'd have liked the rest of the Story of Jak 2 more though.
Hmmm, I'll have to give Jak 3 a shot then and try Jak 2 some other time. Thanks for the tip! 1 was frustrating at parts, I wanted to chunk my Vita at a wall!
One of the cheats you can buy in Jak 3 (I can't remember if you have to complete the game to buy cheats or not) gives you a gun that shoots nukes...
I've been playing through Rayman Origins (which I got from PS+ for free a while back). I have played it before on 360, but didn't get that far there before getting distracted. I think I'm on the next to last world now and definitely enjoying it.
2.05 GB isn't THAT much, it's the games above 3GB where it gets tricky for people like me who have an 8GB card.
My gaming budget is now $0 as I save up for a PS4, so I'm going to be playing the stuff I already have instead of buying more stuff. What a crazy idea! LOL.
It isn't easy, believe me. I'm a deals addict. LOL. I'm enjoying Rayman Origins. One nice thing is I'll keep getting games to play from PS+. I have a ton in my backlog too, so really it shouldn't be a problem, but boy do I find myself wanting to buy games when they go on sale for a good price. Argh!
Hey, a question to Soul Sacrifice fans... I decided I'm most likely going to buy the borderlands 2 vita bundle coming out soon. Well I've been interested in Soul Sacrifice for a while now. I did see there is SS delta coming out, so I'm curious which I should get. Is Delta the original game with new content, or a complete sequel? Thanks.
It's the original with some new content and slightly sharper graphics from what I've seen. (I watched/skipped through a gameplay video of the first 20 or so minutes of the game)
