I left it a bit later than I would have liked but I'm going to go pick up Killzone Merc hopefully later today. I'm buying a physical copy but I only have about 1.7 gb left on the storage I'm hoping that will be enough for the patches without resorting to deleting anything.
Gravity Rush wasn't what I was expecting, but I'm not sure what I was expecting. I should give it another try.
I personally didn't find it as amazing as many other people seem to say it is (repetetive anyone?), but I guess it's good enough for a sequel.
I only liked it for the first couple of hours, then I realized how repetitive and lame its gameplay / story were IMO and was barely able to finish it. Many people seem to have liked it, though.
Pumped for GR2. Also, I think it looks better graphically than the original, but maybe it's just me. Kat's model looks higher quality, and the city looks a lot more graphically demanding. Resolution also looks higher.
Just tried Killzone Merc out on multiplayer I've only played the very first mission in single player so far though and had no clue about the levels I played in so I pretty much got massacred. Game seems like it will be fun though when I get the feel of it and know what I'm doing, would say from what I've seen so far it probably is the best portable FPS by a long way. Probably be a few days before I can put some real time into it unfortunately as I work weekends. On another note about the screens I just saw a comparison OLED is on top. I personally think the LCD looks awful I tend to think the same about Sony's phone LCDS as well my opinion they should have kept to OLED.
That's old news. It could be that the color cast is fixable with a game patch. The colorspace of an LCD is different from an OLED, right? But we shall see.

Previously a highly rated PC release, coming to Vita/PS3 next week in US and I believe elsewhere too, with lots of extra content. It's cross-buy. The trees on the LCD actually look better to me. There was actually a screenshot of uncharted too and it looked better on the LCD vita (IMO of course.) Anyway I won't judge until I see in person.
The other thing is I feel like the LCD screen on my iPhone is a LOT more viewable in my car than my OLED Vita. It's impossible to play most games on the (OLED) Vita (lunch break, avoiding going back to work . Obviously direct sunlight is no good for either, but with indirect sunlight the OLED is still terrible, while an LCD is usable. At least that has been my experience.
