I played it probably about 5 years ago when it was one of the few games with a client on Linux I didn't really think much of it, when I played the worlds was pretty tiny and there wasn't much to do.

I expect it must be better and at least bigger now but I wouldn't personally want to try it again.

It released just a little over 2 years ago. Are you sure that was Terraria? When it released, there was a lot of stuff you could do.

Must be but I think it may have had the same name or one extremely close, was a sort of MMORPG done in a Zelda kind of style if that rings any bells with anyone.

Guess I haven't played this one.

That's the type of quality you only get from the US PS Blog.

Keeping up with the simpsons theme, here's the blog seal of approval they place on all their blog posts before publishing them :)

No was definitely named terraria or something very close to it definitely started with terra anyway, similar type of game to Graal Online though I just tried to find it again with Google but I'm guessing it doesn't exist anymore or it's just one of those things buried in a app repo.

Another unrelated observation about the Vita is I noticed this week Sainsbury's (big UK supermarket) has stopped selling it at least the big branch near me has, that could be a pretty bad sign but isn't much of a loss as they still only sold the same half dozen launch titles last time I looked.

Really hope the PS4 and games like Killzone can turn it around it's starting to look bad and Sonys doing absolutely nothing to promote it as far as I can tell.

I saw that yesterday, today they corrected it and simply deleted all the posts pointing it, didn't know those morons would do something like that, had to leave a post:

"Why did you remove all the comments that pointed the (now corrected) Open Feint-enabled Fruit Ninja error? Is that a common blog practice, deleting comments that show your mistakes?"

Let's see if they'll delete that too. Being clueless is one thing, disrespecting their readers is a whole other deal.

I'm happy with the Vita, so I hope it doesn't drop off the face of the earth.

It's going to be on sale for $200 at Target this month in the US, so that may be a sign that a permanent price drop to $200 is coming. That should help sales - $250 is too much.

At the very least I hope it lasts long enough for Spelunky, TxK and Cloudberry Kingdom to be released!! :)

That sale looks pretty good. Though, I do own most of the titles I want in that list. Dynasty Warriors and Muramasa are the other games I want but I'll wait until I can get them retail. Memory Card is filled up.

Which reminds me, release bigger memory cards and lower the current memory card prices SONY!

And a Friendly reminder, back up your saves!!

Sony is rumored to be making a 64GB memory card, dropping prices, and discontinuing the 4GB- this came from a guy on NeoGAF who knows several people who work at Sony, and he's never been wrong AFAIK.

Hope that's true they should have had a 64gb from the start to be honest, will no doubt be expensive but I think I need one, wish there was some way to trade the old cards in though as their completely useless for anything else.

Well I Platinum'd Gravity Rush for my 17th Vita Platinum. Overall I enjoyed it, I thought it was a unique experience. I will say this though, IMO that game has a STEEP learning curve. Half way through the game I still didn't feel like I fully had a good grasp on the controls.

I really wish they'd give a release date for Fieldrunners 2 for Vita. I'm really looking forward to playing it on the Vita.

I tried the Soul Sacrifice trial and was liking it until I got to a boss monster or something. Then it just felt annoyingly difficult. It also made my hands hurt before long (I guess I need to get one of those grips). I suppose I'd get better at it, but I think maybe I'll pick up something else. Maybe Muramasa.

Gravity Rush was not what I was expecting, which can be good. I stopped playing, but I'll get back to it eventually.

Also, I'm definitely in favor of a memory card price drop. Big price drop. 32 GB shouldn't cost more than $30.

EDIT: Decided to buy one of those CTA Digital Vita grips from amazon. Inexpensive and seems to get pretty good reviews. I'll report about it once it arrives.

If true, then its about time.

I don't think Soul Sacrifice is for everyone. If the demo isn't doing it for you, then you should probably avoid it. I bought it as soon as it was released digitally and still haven't finished it.

Remember, if you do get the full version, then your progress on the demo transfers to the full version.

Good call on that grip. I bought and posted about it a few weeks ago. Once you have used it for a while, holding the Vita without the grip isn't the same. Wish I got it sooner.

Soul Sacrifice and Gravity Rush had the exact opposite effect on me. I didn't like SS at all in the first hours of the demo but then it grew on me, I bought the game and spent dozens of hours on it. Gravity Rush, on the other side, I loved for the first few hours but then I realized how lame the gameplay and story were, really struggled to get to its end to see if it got better - it didn't.

Muramasa Rebirth is excellent, you can't get wrong with that one.
