Well we did get Asphalt Injection. Isn't that basically Asphalt 6? Nova is also a mini on psn, I believe. Anyway...
if they can give us mc series or nova series with new shaders rendering, improve texture and bump mapping, real time lighting/shadow then ill be gladly throw 20 bucks for that game.
Or just have sony throw money at gameloft so that they get Modern Combat 5 to launch on the Vita on the same day as on other platforms as well.
I tried the demo too. The game looks great and plays nice, but why does a horizontal shooter have a story? All that meant was I had to hold left trigger a lot to fast forward through the story. That was fine for the demo, but with repeated plays that is going to get old. It needs a "no story" option. Still, like you, I'm finding I'd like to buy it... but now it's out on iOS and it's cheaper. Hmm. I guess I'll wait for a sale on the Vita version.
Sigh. Looks like maybe it's another title I missed from PS+. That is if it was ever free for US PS+. Maybe? I wish I'd bought Guacamelee at launch when it was half price for PS+ too. Oh well.
Regardless, the markets are different on PS Minis. Maybe a little less different than I originally thought. But still, they are different markets. Especially the eShop and the App Store. Completely different. And my point still stands.
Well yeah, PS Minis are a completely different thing altogether. I wasn't even looking at those. The Minis are more expensive due to the PSN and ESRB fees being higher at the time. Those are meant primarily for the PSP anyways- though they also work on the Vita and PS3 as well. Like, nobody even makes Minis anymore. They all either make native Vita games, or PSM (PlayStation Mobile) games.
Don't worry, Sine Mora has never been free for US PS+, yet. I think there's a high chance it will be slotted at some point, Guacamelee too.
If you have a spare memory card, you can always make a PSO2 account online and download the game on a Japanese PSN account.
Sadly... Yes. Grammatically, that's what I typed. I've played iOS mmos in other languages but I tend to delete them after an hour. I want an official us version.
Well, the Southeast Asia version is supposed to be in English. Dunno if it's out yet, but should be soon.
Disappointed to find out tonight that the Vita USB cable doesn't seem to be a normal cable. I have a portable USB battery charger which works great with our iPhones, the 3DS and other devices but doesn't seem to do anything for a Vita. Is there a 3rd party USB charging cable that would work with it? The charger has both 1A and 2A USB ports. Also, you can try a demo of Guacamelee at GameStop. I tried it tonight and it definitely seems fun and looks purty. I think I'm going to buy it.
