Well, there's Tearaway, Toukiden, and Rayman Legends coming as well. They're all high quality games.

Not likely at all. Escape Plan was published by Sony and they also helped develop it (Sony Santa Monica). Also, the controls would need to be radically changed. I don't even think it would be very playable on iOS to be honest.

kung fu rabbit is actually $3 on the app store. The ios one has iap though.

I bought it. Guess i'm stupid. Lol actually i prefer platformers with actual physical controls most of the time.

I actually agree with you about limbo though. If I were to buy a version right now, it would most likely be the ios version.

Don't forget Limbo was an XBLA game before it went to other platforms. It was not a $5 game to begin with. I do agree that $15 is too much, but $5 is also a joke. Both pricings are not right imho.

Also many indie games on Vita are NOT iOS ports. Escape Plan, Knytt Underground, Thomas Was Alone, Sound Shapes, Guacamelee, Hotline Miami and the upcoming Stealth Inc are all delightful games. You don't give a shit doesn't mean other Vita owners can't enjoy them.

Well more than half of indies you can find it on App Store... And I bet planet vs zombies 2 will be on the vita as well(free game) and I wonder if they are gonna make us pay for that game

And about vita games, Rayman legend is gonna be $60 even tho it's vita version. And after killzone and tear away there is nothing more for vita that is new for us. Which is really really bad thing. Look at 3ds. They got pokemon x and y and monster hunter 4 coming up... No wonder why vita can't win against 3ds because it doesn't have much killer apps like that.
We need actual god of war games not ports, we need more 1st party studio or 3rd party games. Better AC, cod game will help to but we don't have any hope of getting those.
Vita is not even getting cod spin this year, no nfs ports. It's showing devs that, "hey we tried to make games for the vita and guess what? No Porfits so just stop trying"

Well I bought a Vita in part because of the new Indie push. So there's that. :) I like AAA titles too. I'm enjoying Uncharted, for example. But the titles I'm most excited for are Indie, and there's a bunch of Indie games available now that I want to try (though I'm disappointed that unlike XBLA, all download games on Vita do not necessarily have demos).

When I say Indie, I don't mean ports from iOS, except when the games are good and having them on Vita (with built-in physical controls) would be a significant improvement.

Sadly indies aren't what Sony promise us with the vita and people expects to have titles like ps3/psp had... And it's really disappointing so far. I know it's only been its first year but lack of actually games makes people go ahead sell their vita. Not to mention ignoring it on places like e3. They really need to show what vita can offer in the future at gamescom because if they fail again, vita will be dead for sure

I think every new console doesn't have enough games fast enough for early adopters. I came in late and I see lots of games to choose from, big budget and Indie, with more on the horizon.

Just read PixelJunk Monsters Ultimate HD is coming to the Vita so that's a massive two games I'm looking forward to now. I really loved the pixeljunk game on the PSP it's probably still my favourite tower defense game I hope the Vita version is as good.

He says he signed 2 vita games and ps4 game today... Sounds like another indie titles... Seriously, just makes vita seems like not worth it's price at all. They might well as just cut it down to $100 and make it into ps4 accessories

Honestly no one at those gamespot forums are ever happy about anything. Lol

Seriously though... I don't mind the indies. I understand why some folks are upset though.

  13. How dare Shahid sign more indie games onto the Vita! I really hope he gets fired and replaced by someone who can make AAA titles magically appear out of thin air.

Sarcasm, if it wasn't obvious enough.

I saw that comment from the namco employee earlier. Talk about unprofessional. The person could have at least went onto their own yt username to say it and not used the companies. Duh.

Sad thing is tho, who ever posted that comment, it's right. That's how big company like ea, activision, ubisoft, 2k, Capcom, etc sees vita as... It's not going to make profit and no one is going to make games for it... And no one buys vita, keep going on until its dead forever.
And his reaction is just simply "oh it must be hacked comment" either it's hacked or not, it's the truth and that's what they think about. And Sony don't try to change it. Instead focusing on ps3 more where I think it already have enough supports. It will do fine from all these 3rd party supports... We need support on vita

Has anybody played Guacamelee? Like it? The game sounds fun, but I really wish there were demos for all download games on Vita. Would like to try first.

Also I hit the 16 GB brick wall. F-ing over-priced memory cards. Grr....

Also, regarding the Indie push. I really don't see how there can be a downside. The Vita is getting the AAA titles it's going to get. Now there's also a strong Indie push so we also get lots of good Indie games. It's going to bring new people to the Vita. Like, me. :) If the Vita continued to have the number of AAA titles it has been getting all along, and didn't also have this Indie push, I don't really see how that would be better. With more people having Vitas, maybe more AAA titles will come to it as well. Win-win.

Or piss off people because most of people who bought vita at launch was believing they will be able to have more games like uncharted. That's what I expected when I bought it first time. I expect to get tekken game for the vita. I expect to get gow, gt, GTA, Mgs, cod, AC, mh, moh, etc... Indie games aren't what I singed up for. I played money for expensive and quality food. Not mediocre Chinese buffet.

The Namco comment was meant to be a joke. It's a play on the name of the game 'Adventure Time: Explore the Dungeon Because I DON'T KNOW'. Most people thought it was not funny I guess. I'm pretty much indifferent.
