I want an open-world RPG, like Fallout, or Borderlands. Elder Scrolls would be okay too, but I much prefer the other two game series over it. Hell, even just more open-world action games would be cool- inFAMOUS, GTA, Gravity Rush 2, another Assassin's Creed...
I want Trials Fusion. I think I would die if they were bringing that to the Vita and it's not entirely out of the question because they are bringing it to PS4!
After seeing the GTA 5 teaser I really like the idea of playing it on my Vita. granted no way the vita could actually run it in anyway but remoteplay streaming but I think it's possible it could get a cut down version like the PSP did and they were fun games. Game looks completely amazing I could see it being the only thing I play at all for quite a while.
I thought character models and textures are quite bad. Well I don't know to me watch dogs looks more next gen
That may be because this isn't a next gen game / not the next gen version of the game they're showing...
I probably won't get GTA because I find that game quite boring. Instead i will be getting K:M for sure on day one for the vita! 2 months away! Most fun sandbox open world game for me is inFAMOUS.
For me the most fun sandbox open world game would have to be Just Cause 2. I doubt we'll ever see a game from that series on the Vita though.
But did you SEE that newest gameplay trailer for Grand Theft Auto V? D: I hated GTA IV for being a boring and overrated, all-too-serious GTA game. Nothing about it was fun. But GTA V looks to correct that terrible error, and it looks like it wipes the floor clean with how awesome it looks! I don't even hunt in videogames, because I love animals and all that. But I might hunt deer in GTA V, because I'm assuming I could parachute and shoot the deer from the air with a rocket launcher! Hahaha. Well slap my face and call me an orphan. Great timing! Thanks for the heads-up
So there is new R&C game coming out for the ps3. And it looks really good and awesome! And they said they would try to make a vita version but no promises
I'd take Gravity Rush off your hands I also have it on plus, but wanted to get it retail, since I sold my copy.
Psshhhhhh. I think I probably had the most fun with Crackdown back in the day. inFamous is no slouch in the fun as heck department, though! So I picked up the Metal Gear Solid Legacy Collection yesterday for the PS3... but I think I'll return it. I realized I was rationalizing wasting my money.. See, I have the HD Collection on the Xbox 360, with Snake Eater and Peace Walker completed (well Peace Walker is like 90% story completion... 40 hours or so?), but I never played Metal Gear Solid 2 on it. Then I got the HD Collection on the Vita so I could play 2 and 3 on the go, but ended up only playing 2. I thought I could get the PS3 version to take advantage of the transfarring thing, for the VR missions specifically... but now I think that would be the only thing I'd use this legacy collection for I found out you can just buy Metal Gear Solid 2 HD alone, so I'll probably do that. I have no want to play Peace Walker ever again (seriously, burned myself out on that one ), and the PS1 Metal Gear Solid might not play well with me, as I was introduced to the saga and have only played Twin Snakes. Then there is the artbook and two digital comics... but I never read artbooks and I don't care about digital comics. So yeah. $50 down the drain, but soon it will come right back up! Thinking I'll use this money for Prince of Persia HD Trilogy and something else in the PS3 sale! Damn it. I forgot what thread this was again Sorry. I saw that Virtue's Last Reward is being given away for the Vita with PlayStation Plus... I totally want it! But the problem is I have never played the first game, and I have a feeling this one will be quite story heavy and is not something you should jump into after not playing the first game, you know? Anyone played it and able to comment?
I only played Virtue's last Reward without playing the first game and didn't have any real problems with the story.
Yeah, you don't need to play 999 to enjoy Virtue's Last Reward. Would be better if you did, but not necessary.
Anyone interested in Soul Saga kickstarter? It will be coming to many platforms including Vita: http://www.kickstarter.com/projects/disastercake/soul-saga-a-j-rpg-inspired-by-playstation-classics I'm not really sure JRPGs are my thing, but figured I'd share that. In this case Western-developed JRPG-style.
