I'm super excited to pick up my 3G Vita bundle from Best Buy tomorrow. I've been masterbating to this thing for more than a year now. My girlfriend is gonna be gettin' jealous once I start rubbing this sexy piece of hardware's nubs. I traded my Xbox for a PS3 so that I can have the full Playstation experiance. I, also, traded in my PSP Go to Best Buy and was able to talk them into giving me the extra 50% trade-in-value with Diablo 3 preorder. Got $104. Traded in my Xbox games I had left over this week, for the extra 40% trade in value with PS Vita game purchase. Got Uncharted for $3.50. Jumped on that B2G1 offer early yesterday, got Lumines, FIFA, and Wipout for $80. Total: $294 for 3G Vita, 8 gb memory card, 5 games, and a month of 3G. Mmm..gettin to bed early tonight.

I'm so torn right now.. I won a 360 halo edition a few months back and haven't even really touched it in 2 months. I did have to invest about $200 in games and a kinect, but trading it in I would still feel like I'm losing more money. BUT like I said I don't really play the 360, the wife or kid is ALWAYS taking the TV so portable gaming works best in my situation. So for a week now I've been wavering on trading in all my 360 gear for a new vita, I'm just worried I won't play it like my 3DS... Gah, decisions! If I did go ahead and trade it all in anyone know if there's any good trade in deals going on??
Best Buy has trade up deals for the Vita- trade in a good condition 3DS for up to $100 towards a Vita, you can also get 40% extra trade in credit when purchasing any Vita game. Gamestop is giving $40 extra trade in credit for all Xbox 360s and PS3s traded in, you can also trade any 3 games (current consoles/handhelds- DS and PSP included) get an extra $10 trade in credit. (NOTE: Gamestop deals don't stack- you have to do separate transactions. So if you had an Xbox 360 and 9 games you wanted to trade, you'd have to do 4 transactions to get the most money out of the deals. So one would be for the Xbox, and another 3 for each set of 3 games.)
Awesome, thanks man! Knowing how anxious I am I'll probably wind up at GameStop after checking my local game shop to see if they have a similar promotion. GAH sucks trade-in is always a ripoff, but I figure since the Xbox was free I'm not really losing too much.
