The only way to get native flash is if you buy an Android tablet.

@Fireball926: You won't be disappointed in Marvel vs Capcom 3! Amazing!

Also, I've played that, and Unchartered the most since purchasing the system, both great games.

I'm mostly looking forward to little big planet, but that's not coming until June-ish I believe... wish it was sooner!

I know people are going to complain about the prices of the games, but they really are console quality, especially Unchartered. I've played that game every night for the past week, and it's really good. It utilizes both the control pad, front and rear touch screen, and adds some cool puzzles into the mix.

Not exactly breaking news, but a nice article here nonetheless:

"Speaking in the same Gametrailers TV interview in which Guy Longsworth, senior vice president of PlayStation brand marketing mentioned the PS Vita release window for Call of Duty, he also said, “Absolutely you will [see Naughty Dog on Vita], you’ll see a number of games coming out from all of our studios.”

"If you listen to gamers, and you listen to the response people have had, who’ve actually got their hands on this thing, it’s been just a tremendous response – way ahead of our expectations actually.

“We see this as a five to 10 year platform, so we’ll judge the success of this in 12, 24, 36 months"

I finally had a chance to play around with a demo unit and was shocked by how thin and light the PSV is. The buttons are a bit on the tiny side but I managed to play a whole race in Wipeout and was impressed. If the system builds up a decent library of original titles I'll buy one at some point.

Yeap the face buttons are way smaller than the old psp, but it has a clicky feel to it, and i guess the button is nicely space out, so accidentally hitting one another isnt really going to be that easy :D

Cheers sony for (imo) making the hardware right... now they just need to fix the software...

Gravity Rush is a long way out, but pretty much everyone is raving about this game.

Motorstorm RC doesn't have a confirmed North American release date, although I suppose it could come out at any time. It has a launch day release for Europe that has been confirmed. MotorStorm review up on IGN.

By the way, the graphics on Virtua Tennis 4 really are breathtaking, for a handheld device. It's a fun little game, perhaps not the deepest or best overall launch title, but without a doubt the best looking. It's more simple than Uncharted, obviously. There's less going on, but still. It's looks better than Uncharted. It looks exactly like it's console counterpart.

This isn't a surprise, since Virtua Tennis 4 is the only game that utilizes the Vita's native resolution. It can likely do that without experiencing any frame loss because of how simple the graphics are. Incredibly detailed, but less complicated.

Every other Vita game is upscaled. Most still look tremendous anyway, for handheld titles, despite not truly utilizing the Vita's highest resolution.

Speaking of upscaling, has anyone tried playing PSP games on their Vita yet? I played The 3rd Birthday, and I was really impressed by how it looked.

I have to second this. I'm not into fighting games at all, but I've been playing the heck out of MvC for the last few days, at the expense of Uncharted, Rayman, etc. Definitely worth picking up.

I'm trying to hold off and see if third party cards are in the works but I'm feeling the temptation to just go buy one anyway. I'll probably hold off till my next paycheck then just go for it.

Nice to know our hard-earned $40 is going to such a talented group of developers.

Can't wait until Wednesday! Ordered my Vita from Amazon today with a 4GB card, Uncharted, WipEout, and Rayman. Amazon has some pretty good deals on Vita stuff going this week- B2G1 on Vita games, and if you buy a wifi Vita with a 4GB card, you get the card free.

Man it's been a long time since I was on these forums.

Yeah, from what I've heard it's probably the worst launch title (or one of the worst). Basically just a marked up port of a $15 PSN game with no improvements.

I picked up a FEB last Wed along with a few games (Lumines, Uncharted, Wipeout), and I have to say that I'm somewhat impressed with the launch so far.

Graphics are pretty high quality -- Uncharted in particular was pretty nice (although there was definitely some low-res pixelation in some parts, but nothing too bad). Loving the layout of everything, the Vita main screen and Near are far better than the 3DS; in fact I've probably played this more than I have my 3DS.

My biggest complaints so far: the memory sticks are insanely expensive. It's also ridiculous that I have to shell out at least 60 bucks just so I can have a big enough stick to hold a few games.

Also, the 3G is pretty useless. I imagine the only thing folks might use it for is a last-ditch internet browser or as a way to upload scores/trophies while on the run. Otherwise, it's not worth the monthly data charge.

I just hope that it's met with some success over here so it can get the software support it deserves.

Actually, it wasn't a compatibility list. It was a list of PSP games downloadable from the Vita store. So if you have a computer or PS3, you can download Peace Walker and then load it to the Vita that way- you just can't download it directly to your Vita yet.

The thing I get paid for
    CANADIA
Picked up the early adopters kit and traded in the Little Deviants at Gamestop. Now I have Ultimate Marvel vs. Capcom 3. Rayman, Uncharted and ModNation...which is so boring. I fidn myself playing Monster Hunter Freedom United more than any other Vita game. The seond analog stick is awesome.

The other games are good and fun but I do already regret paying for Mod Nation. HAving Played Mario Kart 7 I just feel the controls are weak and the physics are not what I expected. This, hopefully, will go away with some practice...but what a gyp. I cannot play FFVII...cant wait for that to be compatabile.

I almost did buy Dungeon Hunter until I saw it for 1/3 the price on PSN fir the PS3....I think eveyone will wait for that price to drop.

I am very happy with the Vita...they just need a good FPS and a Monster Hunter game and then the hardware will sell like hotakes!

CAnt wait for Tekken X Street FIghter!

Actually, the 3DS is capable of some multitasking. You can access the browser while in the middle of a game without losing your progress. You can also open up the notes, friends, and notification apps while in game too. You can't access the settings, activity log, or eShop though.
