True, but as he mentioned "iOS" in the post I felt entitled to cheat :)

Most anticipated: LittleBigPlanet, NFS:MW, ACL, Jet Set Radio, Retrocity Rampage

Also, I found a mini actually worth buying this weekend. I had heard a lot about OMG-Zombies and decided to finally watch a video to see what gamplay was like. I was pleasantly surprised that it looked like a gory Sneezies type of game and picked it up. Needless to say, it was a really fun for those that are into these "chain reaction" types of games.

The game has been released in secret, I recommend you sign up on wololo's forum and drop a few comments to get access to the ninja release before it goes public and taken down that very day.

The truth is, you can't trust what people say is the "exploitable game" unless you get the info from the source. If you really are that interested, sign up before the ninja release goes public, its already working its way down the totem pole of users granted access.

  6. My copy of Resistance Burning Skies arrived today (got it for $20 during Amazon's gold box sale). Cool game with easy trophies, although the touch-screen grenade flinging can feel a bit awkward in the heat of an online match. If you can find it cheap, go for it.

LBP, NFS:MW, AC III:L, R&C:FFA, and Retro City Rampage. I thought Killzone was coming next year? That's another one of my most anticipated titles for the Vita.

LBP, Ragnarok Oddyssey, Most Wanted, RCR, and Sly 4. Sly 1 and 2 platinums were pretty easy, here's hoping for a little more challenge this time around.

God of War 1 & 2, ICO, and Shadow of the Colossus are now playable on the Vita through remote play.

Going after work to pick up GoW Collection. Never got to play them and loved the PSP versions.

The Collection or the Saga? The Saga comes with GoW 1, Gow 2, GoW:CoO Gow:GoS, and Gow 3 for $40 and a month of Playstation Plus. The Collection is just GoW 1 & 2 for $20.

I grabbed the Saga last week when it came out- it's a really good deal. One thing to note though- the PSP remasters are downloads. The other 3 games are on discs.

If you loved the PSP versions the 3 console ones will certainly enter your all-time favorite games list.

  15. Vita has apparently been hacked. There is no public release yet, and it supposedly doesn't do much yet (i.e. cannot run ROMs because of lack of kernel access). Either way, I can't say I'm too thrilled.

Yeah. I have mixed feelings about the Vita itself getting hacked. If it does get hacked, I hope that they prevent pirates from getting ROMs to work. Also, hacking is almost pointless now anyways, because indie/hombrew devs can just pay like $100 to release their game on PS Mobile- the exception is emulators and copyrighted content not owned by the dev.

I feel the same I had a hacked PSP but mostly I used that as an ereader and also put a better browser on although I have no doubt if the Vita had been hacked Sony would have used that as the excuse there are no games.

I'd much rather see the PS Mobile succeed without any hacking and I think the chance of it being fully hacked is incredibly slim, I don't think the Vita will be hacked for two reasons Dark Alex doesn't do that any more and honestly every single PSP CFW was based on his work and two Sony's been very cagey about the Vita with the internal battery and locked down memory cards.

So basicly I don't think the Vita will be hacked at anytime but definitely not within it's first few years although I would love to see someone be able to put android on it at some point.

Ideally, I wouldn't mind if the system were hacked to be more open and could run side applications/games/emulators. It seems by doing that though, that always allows for the ability to run retail games as well which I would hate to see.

I had a go at Ico and GoW last night and Remote Play worked really well! I was very surprised by how responsive it was and wasn't bad to look at either. I did experience a few times when the stream paused and had to catch up, but really it's a great function.

If you are playing either collection on your Vita now, look in the game options. There seems to be a display setting that can make your screen image a little bigger. It was there for Ico and GoW I so I'm not sure about the other 2 games.

I think I'm actually a little overwhelmed on the Vita front right now. Zen Pinball is amazing, loving the Remote Play games I never got to play, LBP will be out in a few weeks... So happy!

People probably already know this but I figured it out by accident I plugged the Samsung earphones that came with my phone into the Vita and realised the headset part works.

I'm probably the last to figure it out as I don't really use the Samsung pair much although they do have suprisingly good audio.

I guess that means I probably can also use Sony earphones on my phone although I've no set to test that out unfortunately.
