The site is fake. I see nothing to complain about. It's not like Sony is expecting PS3 owners to pay more for 2 copies of the game. The Vita digital copy is just a freebie. I'm most likely going to encourage this cross-buy initiative by buying all three games. I wouldn't be surprised, given how short the time frame between the Resistance and CoD releases is. Also, EA might be considering to make NFS Most Wanted a cross-buy title: http://www.vg247.com/2012/08/15/need-for-speed-most-wanted-under-consideration-for-vita-cross-buy-scheme/
http://blackopsdeclassified.com ? It's not fake? Activisions Community Manager Dan Amrich links to it on Playstation Blog: http://blog.us.playstation.com/2012/08/14/see-the-first-trailer-for-call-of-duty-black-ops-declassified-on-ps-vita/
Nope, it definitely is fake. A quick look-up shows that the domain registrar is Godaddy (lol) while the main CoD site is Markmonitor. That Dan Amrich guy doesn't seem to know much about the game either judging by his comments on the blog post. Edit: How convenient, the Treyarch logo has been replaced by the Nihilistic logo. And that trailer... CoDGamer.net? Seriously? ~_~
I don't think this game will be worse as resistance... But yeah, only thing bothering me from getting it is 4vs4, I believe 100% it's NS since they did stupid 4vs4 on resistance too..
http://www.scei.co.jp/corporate/release/120815c_e.html Finally Activision Publishing's Call of Duty®: Black Ops Declassified will put gaming's leading first-person multiplayer shooter into the palm of gamer's hands and at Gamescom, a hardware bundle was announced that will include a PS Vita with a limited edition customised Call of Duty® back panel and a Call of Duty® pouch. Declassified features intense 4v4 multiplayer action complete with the hallmark Call of Duty® gameplay, including Care Packages, Create-a-Class, Killstreaks, Perks, and even Prestiging. Delivering a brand-new storyline set within the Call of Duty: Black Ops universe, Declassified also offers an exciting series of single player operations. Added touchscreen and "near" features will make the most of PS Vita's astonishing feature set.
I'm so glad the Vita version of Need for Speed: Most Wanted is the EXACT same as the console version. http://uk.ign.com/articles/2012/08/15/need-for-speed-most-wanted-vitas-hidden-gem
Oh man, Call of Duty for Vita really does suck, according to IGN. http://uk.ign.com/articles/2012/08/15/the-disappointing-multiplayer-of-black-ops-declassified
Yeah! Definately buying that game even tho i hate EA lol And To guy few posts back buying each copy to encourage cross play in the future? Your mad!! the cod site is legit too if you saw E3...
Why not? You're getting both the PS3 and Vita versions for the standard PS3 price of $60. Otherwise, you can just buy the standalone Vita version for $40. I honestly don't see a problem. And again, the Black Ops Declassified site is not registered to Activision.
Argh Ok may be different in America but over in the UK they are dumb we are talking £45 for PS3 version or £45 for Vita version-exactly the same price so why shudnt i be miffed if i want the hard copy Vita and ps3 version free?? Im not forking out money for another stupid Vita memory card lol (although i prob need to now cos Sony sucks) Pretty sure the cod site was on the PS blog otherwise where else wud i have seen it lol
My brother just told me PSN was hacked by anonymus again... Suggest you change your passwords. I wonder what make up goodies were gunna get this time if we get another outage lol
Oh really? I haven't heard about the pricing details in the US yet, but I was under that assumption based on what I've seen online. Most likely a false alarm: http://www.ign.com/articles/2012/08/15/anonymous-purportedly-hacks-playstation-network-again
Wow, CoD info blowout! http://www.theverge.com/gaming/2012/8/15/3244028/black-ops-declassified-uses-old-school-create-a-class-not-pick-10
Read some previews of CoD BO: Declassified. It seems the graphics seen in the trailer aren't nearly as polished as they are in the current version of the game being shown. They apparently look 'far better' but not quite 'near to console quality'. Unfortunately, there are only 6 multiplayer maps (none specified if it would stay that way or if more would be added). It also doesn't run at 60 frames per second, and doesn't keep a consistent frame rate- no word on whether it runs at, at least or above 30.
Pretty much all from Digital Spy and The Verge. Digital Spy has the most information on it so far. Also read IGNs preview, but it didn't really have much of anything that wasn't already known.
