I guess no update tonight. It's pretty unbelievable how inconsistent they are with updates after several years of doing them every week.
downloading mgs, deleted MK. fuk yea... btw - use search to find mgs. I just searched "metal" and it came up, otherwise you won't find it in the new releases section for some reason.
Just downloaded EP DLC, you can find what you're looking for by using the search function. Hope this helps, if even by a few mins. Edit: Downloading Gravity Rush now. Awesome.
I have Never played MGS franchise apart from what iphone had to offer some years ago. Should i get this? What makes it special? IGN Greg gave it a 9. still need some reasons to get it as i have purchased many games i end up regretting on vita.
I actually only started playing MGS on the 3ds and stopped mid-way through once I found out about the Vita version. I like what I've played on the 3ds thus far, so I was eager to resume my game on the vita, but once I realized i was playing 3, I opted to start from 2 instead, which is actually quite different in some ways. Not sure if its graphically worth the price of admission in comparison to games that use the hardware better, but for what you get in terms of gameplay, I'd say its worth the investment.
It's quite funny because at this stage, MGS on Vita looks a lot better than some of the games out now. I don't know about any of you but the games that don't use the proper resolution such as Mod Nation Racers and Uncharted can look downright fugly at times. Still torn between the two. Played and beat MGS2 in its time and didn't really feel the third that much the first go around. It's hard because Gravity Rush COULD be good but I KNOW that MGS is.
Even now being an "old" game MGS4 alone justifies the purchase of a PS3. MGS (PS1) is also easily one of the best action games ever made. MGS2/MGS3 are not THAT good (though I know some will disagree with me) but are fantastic games too. EDIT: Forget about the iOS one, its gameplay has absolutely nothing in common with the other games.
Im just getting MGS for the 3rd one back in the day IGN gave it 9.8/10 !!! Lol Oh and play my LBP Beta level DENIM LAND currently in the top ten cool levels woohoo!
If I get some time on my lunch break I'm gonna swing by the store and grab MGHD, I'm not too impressed with sony's handling of memory cards etc. they're too expensive and only come in a max of 32 gb. I would buy all my games digitally if I could afford a bigger card but it feels like a waste to me so for now I'm going to stick with retail boxed games (plus I can trade them in if I feel the need). Been playing the heck out of LBP beta, it's even better than I imagined!! I'll try your level tonight mashhead!
Had a go on your level earlier mate, pretty cool for a first attempt (once I realised that the jetpac is now controlled via touchscreen!) how long did it take you to make? I'm gonna have a go at creating something later (ran the battery out on my Vita so it's on charge and I'm now plugging away at super mario 3d land on 3DS! One thing I did notice is if you die on your jetpac section the jetpac doesn't reset to default position so you have to fall off the platform and land on it as its floating way down below, perhaps you could sort that as I found it accidentally! Otherwise very good! Have you managed to find any different materials anywhere in the beta or are we just stuck with the basic ones it gives you?
Sony made the decision on wether to get Gravity Rush or MGS for me. I didn't know MGS was comming out much later this month in the EU.
Thanks i put a pic of a finger touching, so ppl wud know was a touchscreen bit I know about the jetpack bit cant edit once published tho which sucks, i needed to tie it with an invisible rope No new materials unfortunately, and took ages lol about 6hrs working it all out-the movable pink bits took awhile to set up as there were alot bugs preventing them working Cheers fpr feedback sucks i cant re edit it tho without submitting a new level
just an fyi, psn is very much like the appstore in that if you delete a game, you can always redownload the game at a later time for free.
Spelling error on MGSHD collection product info. The game includes "Transfarring". Funny thing is that they spell it correctly the next time its used.
Actually that's the term they use to describe the ability to share saves between a console and portable system. http://www.giantbomb.com/transfarring/92-7010/
