A few months ago, I stopped playing Uncharted (I think it was chapter 26) for some reason. At that time, I remember somewhat hating the gun controls because I could not get Drake to aim worth a crap. I even tried the aim with gyro but that still didn't feel right. After beating Resistance I decided to go back to Uncharted. I left off right before a huge gun battle, but the immediate thing that I noticed was that I was now aiming just fine with analog. What I'm rambling on about is that it seems that over time, my PS Vita Analog skills have greatly improved from where they were when we first got the system. It's amazing that there was such an apparent learning curve to begin with. Anyone else notice this? I mean this felt like night and day from when I last played.
I was surprised how quickly I got used to the analogue sticks (comming from PC and iOS and never having owned a real console), they're not quite as good as a mouse and keyboard, but Aim assist isn't as necessary as I expected.
The youtube app looks very similar to how my android phone copes with the actual site but that's a lot better than the IOS app anyway. I'll be curious how Vita handles 1080p there I think it should probably be smooth.
It probably will only support 720p. There is no point in playing videos at 1080p on a screen that isn't even 720p.
I'm pretty sure it will play them as my phone does, true it's not going to miraculously change the screen but it's a good test of the video decoding.

What about Resistance multiplayer? That's the one thing I thought would make me buy the game if it took off. Mind you, I'd only be will to pay £15 max for it =] Credit to you for supporting the platform though.
Ah suppose the Multiplayer is ok, but too many glitches and not enough content Theres a glitch almost every game where an opposing player gets frozen and you can keep meleeing them and it counts as kills lol Then theres youve ended their kill streak but it never shows you what your kill streak is, just lacks finishing touches.
Congrats on the Platinum! I admint, It really wasn't hard at all to get that one at all though. Pretty much just had to play the game and do 1 or 2 extra things. I heard GR was about 12-15 hours if you play the game and do all of the extra's. I have a feeling though that it might take me longer just because I'll be busy exploring as well. Love the fact that it's open world. Hmm, wonder if I can car jack people and raise my Kat wanted meter, LOL. Definitely getting GR next week. I finally beat Uncharted last night, very satisfying game. I swear, how that game came out as a launch title, it was beautiful all the way through. Going back to play it through again and collect all the items/photos so this will take a while. Really want the plat on that game though.
Have fun trying to plat Uncharted- the bounties are the most annoying freaking thing ever. I've only completed one set so far, and they're a pain because you have to grind for them for hours, or get near to work with the black-market. I have all the trophies except the bounties. Worst thing is that they're dropped randomly- so you could play for fifteen minutes and get 10, or play for three hours and get none.
I can't wait for june 12th but at the same time don't want it to come.. GR comes out the same day I have my math final...
...doesn't that mean you have all the time after your exam to play the game? And if it makes you feel better, I have to sit through a whole day of work before I can pick up my copy. That's, like, nine hours. And then I have to work the next day, so that's another nine hours where I can't play. Though on the upside, a job means I get to buy Gravity Rush, and MGS, and Lego Batman 2 the following week.
Lol traded Resistance/Mortal Kombat and have £56 in credit enough for Gravity Rush and MGS with a little to add Work next door to Gamestation so alls good-get to play on my lunch etc(but then again i have next week off haha)
