I'm pretty sure the only game that didn't come to the PSP Go after it was launched was Kingodm Hearts.
Can't remember the titles but I can remember people raging about more than just that one although the lack of that one game on it's own was probably enough to doom the Go!. Only one of the factors of course the biggest factor was it didn't do anything the psp couldn't and the psp was cheaper.
It had bluetooth so you could use bluetooth headphones and connect a sixaxis controller so you could use it as a tv console. You could pause games and go back to the XMB screen. The screen had much crisper graphics. It had a decent music playlist app. That might be it, but it was a pretty sweet little device. There were a few good games that never made it onto the Go, but they were made long before it was released. But the Go still had a lot of really awesome games on it. The PSP was cheaper, but it also didn't have any memory. The Go had 16 GB built in, making games launch a smidge quicker. The PSP also couldn't be thrown in your front pocket; I was always bringing my Go with me. You can sometimes find them on Craigslist for less than $100. I think it's a worthwhile purchase if you want to play PSP games with something that's a little more mobile than the Vita.
The biggest complaint most people had about the PSP go was that the games would often release digitally sometimes days, weeks, and even months after the physical versions. I can't remember what the games were, but there was definitely more than one game that didn't make it to PSN after the release of the go. Also, there was a huge difference in price between digital and physical copies- often times, a game you could get at the store for $15 was full price on PSN- $40.
It wasn't too bad if you waited for sales, but I agree it blew. Getting a good newer game for $20, and older games for $10, I felt was worth it. The portability made it worth the few extra dollars. I loved tossing just my Go in my bag or pocket and being able to switch between Burnout, GoW, Resistance, and Peace Walker without having to carry the discs or some bulky case. People can gripe about things with everything, but still doesn't change it was a solid device. I was just correcting dude because he was wrong with both of his statements.
Have to disagree with the memory thing I had 64gb memory on my PSP thanks to a MicroSD adapter and I could play my games straight from the card thanks to CFW. By the time the Go! was on the scene most UMD's came with a Data Install option anyway. These days if I had to I'd rather play PS1 games on my phone or PC were I can use GPU plugins to enhance the graphics, but I don't think there is any really good way to play PS1 games, the PSP didn't really work and neither will the Vita because they only have one set of triggers.
I loved my PSP Go. I always thought the controls on it just felt great and even though the screen was a little bit smaller, the graphics really seemed to pop. I eventually conceded to and sold my Go for a 3000 since I could get UMD games for a fraction of the cost. Couple that with the fact that you couldn't even get some of the games on PSN that I had wanted just pushed me over the edge to do it. My biggest gripe was the lack of day 1 game releases or failure to release some new titles at all on the PSN. I remember being SO excited for LBP to hit on the PSP. Release day came and I saw the UMD in store and could not wait to get home to download on PSN. Needless to say, there was some issue and it did not release that day. The UMD version was patched almost instantly, but the PSN version wasn't available for a while after. As far as PSone support, I feel like I'm the only one who really doesn't care either way if the Vita supports it or not. I wasn't big on PSone games with the exception of a few. I remember back before a PSP Portable, I had almost wanted to build this just for fun:
Haven't been keeping up with the thread, so sorry if it's been posted already. Some AC Vita screenshots: Also, Sony's E3 wasn't impressive at all, however I still have plenty of Vita games to look forward to. One single conference isn't going to make or break the handheld or make me want to sell my handheld... I didn't buy the handheld hoping E3 would give me a reason to keep a Vita, I had a reason(games) to buy the handheld before I bought it. I hope that makes sense...
Those shots look a little too good. Reminds me of some of the Resistance shots before the game came out. I'd like to see some actual gameplay.
I thought so too, it's all we have to go on at the moment. I guess we'll see how the game turns out. Not a AC fan either way though, it's not on my list of games I'm looking forward to.
I've never been a big AC fan either, but I am an American history buff. The content may not be spot on, but it's definitely striking a positive chord with me.
Saw this on cheapassgamer: This is for the US store. Hot Shots Tennis? Thank you baby jesus! All I need now is Fat Princess.
Thanks for the list, I picked up hot shots tennis earlier, been dying to play that. Just need Motorstorm and I'd be set.
Hot Shots Tennis is an awesome game, it might be my favorite on the PSP. I think I might even sell Virtua Tennis now that I have this game on my PS Vita.

Damn I have to get a Vita. I'll probably get one over the new iPhone seeing as my iPhone 4 should be supported by iOS 6 for another year.
@mashead omg, thank you for posting! Oddworld and Sly are on my list of must haves for sure. Battle Royal also but I haven't decided yet which platform I'll be getting it on.
