There was leaked news that the iPod Nano Touch would get a camera including motion sensors and games! Read more: http://www.macgasm.net/2011/05/13/screw-iphone-5-rumors-nano-games/
Lol, I have one and don't think I'd be interested at all...don't want to completely kill my eyes, and what's the point if the iPod Touch screen is at least 5x larger?
Would be cool to see those games on the Nano. The brick game on it actually is what sparked my interest in gaming on the Touch and purchased it shortly after.
The nano is about watch size isn't it? If it is I can't see games working very well at all if your thumb can cover the whole screen I think I'll stick to the bigger screens as even the iPod touch screen is starting to feel a bit to small to me.
Not joking at all. Playing games on a watch sized screen seriously why would anyone do that they would have to be morons. And if you mean the iPod touch screen being to small then yes I mean that as well 4 inch or bigger screens are the norm for pocket devices now.
Didn't mean to offend. Just the way you posted earlier made it sound like you thought the nano had virtual buttons like the Touch does. But have you ever played a game on a nano? Quite fun if its all you've got a the time and without comparing to any other device. I had only the 3 standard games that came with it but as I'd posted earlier in this thread that was one big reason to invest in a Touch. But yea, I can understand not wanting to play games on it once playing on a bigger device and I agree with you that a larger screen size (such as an 8 inch screen) would be great. iPad is bigger than what I'd want but I'm seriously looking at them in the near future.
No offense taken at all, I have never even seen one of the new nanos yet alone played one, I'm just basing what I said on the small sized screen. I can see advantages to a small mp3 player but games isn't really one of them.
I actually have one. It's harder choosing a song than on the 5th generation due to tiny screen size, the battery life is dreadful due to the touch screen, and yeah, playing games on it would be the last thing that comes to mind. None are available yet in any case, and it's been out for over a year now.
