      Robot Wants Kitty from Raptisoft is awesome! But! I have heard that you have to pay for the user generated content. Not 100% sure about that, but remember seeing that in an iTunes user review.

      Rinth Island and iBlast Moki both have level sharing, but they are more puzzle games.

      You drive, but it is basically a 2D platformer with a great editor. :)
