Actually, when there's only 1 zombie left in your lawn, the Marigolds don't give as much gold as before, I've been doing that "trick" for quite a bit and I noticed that. Now I tried for the first time the strategy of geoDefense customer, and I actually win a lot more money than before, and obviousbly it is faster, I used to win 1k-2k gold with the method of the last zombie, but with this new method that gDc mentioned I win 4.5k gold per Play, more than the double... I really invite you all to test his method and then choose which one is better
Yep, altho there's still much more you can do... oh and... the Final Level... is Epic, you'll love it.
Sunny Day is easy, all you have to do is buy those Twin Sunflower for 5000 from Crazy Dave, then go in Quick Play and play the first level, and defend until the last wave of zombies, leave 1 zombie alive and put wall-nuts/tall-nuts in front of him, plant sunflowers and wait till you reach 8000 suns and you'll get the achievement.
For Sunny Day, I used a peashooter and those sunflowers. You will need those potato defense thing (wall-nut). In the end when one zombie is left, I got rid of all my peashooters and kept using the potato tower and the pumpkin until I reached 8000+. Oh, playing on level 1-1. On the fungus one... I think I only used those free shroom shooters and sunflowers with the double sunflower power-up (cost $5000 to unlock at Dave's shop) and using more of the defense towers.
Oops. I meant peashooters. I use the potato mines all the time. They're useful for the first three to four zombies before hordes of them come. Then I have the peashooters to use. And the fire pit stumps too. I was probably talking about the other achievement my mistake.
Argh, I dislike these roof levels :S.... So long and annoying, just lost after a 10 minute fight cause of some stupid pogo stick guy... I really want to beat the game to unlock quick play but it's getting harder and harder for me to want to play.
For the fungus one, I started with a sunflower. I made another one, then planted a potato mine to stop the first zombie. Keep building sunflowers until you fill the last 2 columns. Use squash and the mine when necessary and make sure you put onions on the ends (optional in the center). Start building some peashooters and maybe a wall-nut or two. After that it should be easy. The beginning is the hardest part.
thanks to everybody. I've completed all achievements.... the toughest was the "no fungus among us".... And I found out the way to make endless round of getting coins.... but it's really boring. Marigolds give u only 2-3 coins and thats all. so u need to re-plant them as quick as they are becoming aviable. So start a 1-1 round, don't harm the very last zombie, put a tall-nut infront of him. That's all, but don't forget to re-plant tall-nut and marigold flovers.
