Just bought it. Holy sh!t. This game is so...... Cute! Never heard of this title until now. I love it. Easily in my top 15
Great conversion and great price!! I love it, they nailed the graphics, sound, music and flow of the game, I only wish the same was true with Peggle, which is still lacking music!! The only thing I miss with iPhone PvZ is the Zen Garden, but that isn't essential. Great job Popcap!
I think I've beaten PvZ on my Mac 3 times, and now once on my iPhone and I'll probably play through it again. It's probably one of my favorite games of 2009.
can't really compare it that way...price value in iPhone games is different than pc games. Plus, in terms of the pc version, 20 bucks would b considered cheap compared to other pc games like CoD. but yea whatever they put in the pc version they should put it here too on iPhone, they could of charge more or have in app purchase!
I hate when people use the word should, you dont know that this won't be offered but if there was no pc version this issue wouldn't even be brought up, people need to just accept what is offered if it's a broken game you have the right to bitch but if you don't like the content then that's your problem.... This isn't entirely directed at you Eric.
LOL - PvZ kicked Doodle Jump from #1 in one day easily... Wow, that's a rocket start: (source: PvZ at Topappcharts)
This game never played the PC version, but I love this game, it is so damn funny and amazing definately loving it but I'm a huge popcap fan so I guess I'm not grading it fair, love peggle norte than anything though, this game is funny though love the zombies lol
I obviously don't know if it would b offered but it wouldn't hurt if they do. According to youtubes videos for the pc, the survival mode with cheats just seems very fun for ppl who like to screw around. I love it when I dominate in TD games with cheats cheats, very entertaining for kicks!
Why can't you compare it? The story mode of Plants vs. Zombies is identical across both games with absolutely no omission of plants, zombies, or levels. Just because developers have driven the App Store to unfathomably cheap prices doesn't mean it isn't fair to compare things to their nearly identical PC counterparts.
when u said that they r charging 7x more in the pc than in the iPhone version, it just doesn't make sense to me that just because they r charging less, u get less. first of all it would not be reasonable at all for them to charge the same as the pc version because in the iPhone price value market for games, premium games r charging 9.99 tops. so would be smart if they charge the iPhone version as same as the pc version? and just because they aren't, does that give them the right to offer less just because they aren't that charging the same as pc version? since charging the same as pc version is not a option, instead of offering less, they could of charge a premium of 9.99 while offering everything they put into the pc version. anyways this is not an argument I hv my own point of view u have urs and I believe both versions should be identical.
For all you know those features could come later via DLC. Instead of charging a premium price and discourage a lot of potential buyers, they did the smart thing and the sales figure reflected that.
Well, If the game has a lot of success, the Devs might eventually update the game with new features, like survivals, Online Leaderboards for the Survivals, etc... We just need to be patient
