I don't know if it's been mentioned before but there's an Easter egg when you check your achievements. Keep scrolling down =P
Wow, I'm addicted to this Game xP, I had my battery at 100% and played until my iDevice Shut down... Auto-Save FTW
To be Honest, I got bored pretty fast playing The Creeps, this game is Different to all the available Tower Defense Games, it has a lot of variety of Plants, different game modes, (for example: Whack-A-Zombie, the Bowling one (you throw bowling potatoes at Zombies xP) you can upgrade stuff permanently by acquiring money, etc... (Sorry, I suck at reviewing games lol) It's just Awesum, you should try it.
I haven't played this game on the computer...but I guess since I have all other popcap games on my iphone...why not, lol! I tend to like their games.
PocketGamerUK gave this a 9/10. http://www.pocketgamer.co.uk/r/iPhone/Plants+vs+Zombies/review.asp?c=18482 Impressive, but it won't persuade me to buy the game. After all, it's just another TD game.
I don't remember. I've played the Mac version last year and I've just started to play the iPhone one. Anyway it should appear soon.
You get the Almanac after the 4th-5th level I think. Oh and Random_Guy, I think that there's a Free Flash version indicated in the First post of this Thread, maybe you should check it, it is NOT another simple TD game, I assure you.
Been a while since I have had a quality 2D Tower Defense title. Thanks Popcap Great game great price. Easy to recommend.
I bought this game and enjoying ut much... To summerize the previous posts... The mini games are present during game and will have there own mode when i finish the game? Yet no confirmed survival..right?
Yes, the PC version has 20 minigames, with about 15 or 16 of them not appearing in adventure mode. It also has Puzzle mode, Survival mode and Zen Garden. If the iPhone version has the adventure mode bonus levels then you're basically getting 4 different minigames played in different locations (bowling, whack-a-zombie, conveyor belt and final boss). If I recall correctly.
Not taken your pills today? @ Random Guy: No, it isn't better as The Creeps. You can't compare these two games, because each has its own charm and appeal - and the gameplay of both games is completely different. I'd recommend both, the PC version of PvZ and The Creeps on your iDevice. Try the PvZ flash version...
Man, I was hoping Popcap'd port the full game, not only 2 modes and a very limited set of mini-games. There needs to be an update!! Other than that, great game. I've never played the PC version, but I'm thinking about getting it now.
