You have asked some very good questions. The whole world is located on one server right now. When you move forward you unsubscribe from all events (including chat) from the chunks you don't see and subscribe to all events in the newly visible chunks. It make sense - you should be chatting only with those people whom you can potentially see. Anyway this will change once we add facebook support for user communication. Then you can chat with your friends, have friends list, blocked list etc etc etc. When we say unlimited we mean that right now we do not have any limit for the amount of players who can connect the server (for example in our other game World of Cubes we have the limit of 40 players per one map). We didn't test the server with 1,000,000 simultaneous users though But I believe current server configuration is capable of 10,000-100,000 simultaneous users. All names are unique as they are stored in the database. And yes - they are reserved. Skin editor or Skin Pack will be added soon. "Area lock" is one of the main feature that will be added later. However we think users should buy the area forever via iap and build whatever they want on that area. That is why right now all changes are rolled back by the server after certain period of time. Once "Area lock" is implemented this will change. World of Cubes is another game and it is room-based multiplayer game with Survival in the Single player mode. They are 2 different games and it is not required to have World of Cubes in order to play Planet of Cubes.

Hi! Thank you very much for the promo code! I've been wanting to leave some impressions, but I haven't been able to play the game very much, because the communication with the server is really slow for me. Sometimes when I try to walk in one direction, it takes several minutes for the chunks to load. Whenever I place a block, I can collide with it immediatley, but it takes 5-10 seconds before I can actually see it. Do you know why this happens? It seems to be faster for everyone else. Can it have something to do with me being too far away from the server physically?
The server is located in US. What country are you from? Can you ping 216.155.128.59 and post your results? Does your Internet quick enough? Do you experience any other connection problems or only with Planet of Cubes game?
