You are The Nameless One, a hulking figure covered in scars and tattoos collected over the course of countless lives—none of which you can remember, but are now coming back to haunt you. You are prodded awake by Morte, a floating skull and keeper of secrets, to embark on an adventure taking the Nameless One from the dirty streets of Sigil into the mysterious Outer Planes and even into the depths of Hell itself. In your search for answers, you'll find companions matching the bizarre nature of the planes: a chaste succubus who can kill with a kiss, a confused crossbow-wielding cube, a suit of armor animated by a spirit demanding JUSTICE, and more. With these companions and others at The Nameless One’s side, you will explore worlds in search of answers, all to discover that some destinies cannot be escaped and some memories cost more than an immortal should be willing to pay. Icewind Dales were fun dungeon crawlers. But Planescape blew all the Infinity Engine games away, in a way that was deeply and utterly personal by the end of the game. You lived the Nameless, his choices were yours. Perfect for a thinking, questioning teenager, great fun for an adult who wants to stretch the mind. ashmike3 Well-Known Member May 15, 2014 660 9 18 #6 ashmike3, Apr 11, 2017 Nice. Thank you. ramzarules Well-Known Member Sep 13, 2014 2,112 128 63 Greece #7 ramzarules, Apr 11, 2017 @Ashmike, please note that the combat in PST is satisfying, but nowhere near as complicated or challenging as BGII or IWD. The story and the characters and the choices is what makes this game shine. ashmike3 Well-Known Member May 15, 2014 660 9 18 #8 ashmike3, Apr 11, 2017 Good to hear. How are the controls on a phone? 2. Can it be played with the sound off or is audio critical? badmanj Well-Known Member Mar 16, 2009 1,886 24 38 Software developer Reading, England http://www.underground-collective.com #10 badmanj, Apr 11, 2017 Last edited: Apr 11, 2017 It was the complicated combat that caused me to delete BG and never try it again. It's Planescape! I don't know what they fixed in the Enhanced Edition, but maybe looking up optimal builds wouldn't be a bad idea. darwin890 New Member Nov 23, 2016 4 0 1 #14 darwin890, Apr 11, 2017 Can you play your saves from the ipad in your iphone? The narrative is totally MIND SHATTERING. This is hands down the best western video game story ive ever experienced, so glad to see it on mobile devices ! To those who wonder how it compares to baldurs gate, ill stream it down simply for you : Better narrative/story, worse gameplay (gameplay is still good but BG (especially BG II) is much better) This game and BG II are by far the best DnD based games ever made. zergslayer69 Well-Known Member Apr 21, 2010 1,211 3 38 #17 zergslayer69, Apr 11, 2017 I know some people like their games to last forever but assuming I blast through the main story only how many hours will it take to beat?
