Scenarios I need help with smallpox, I only seem to be able to get one biohazard and only on casual. I have 3 bios on wverything else, mostly brutal, some normal.
3 Biohazards Black Death Start in China (ATP Boost, Native Biome, Sympto-Stasis, Darwinist, Urbophile) Evolution Sequence: Rat 1 Rash Sweating Skin Lesions Cysts Hyper Sensitivity Pneumonic Plague Coughing Sneezing Pneumonia Septicemic Plague Abscesses Drug Resistance 1 Drug Resistance 2 Water 1 Water 2 Bird 1 Bird 2 Air 1 Air 2 Cold 1 Cold 2 Heat 1 Heat 2 Nausea Vomiting Diarrhoea Dysentery Inflammation Paralysis Hypotension Genetic Reshuffle 1 Drug Resistance 3 Internal Hemorrhaging Systemic Infection Pulmonary Oedema Haemoptysis Hardened Reshuffle 1 Hardened Reshuffle 2 After Dysentery though it all gets a bit garbled. You want to evolve symptoms and the path to Hardened Reshuffle 2 without actually evolving anything drastic like Organ Failure, let the mutations do that for you.
Botoshel - What did you do to achieve 3 bio hazards? I get stuck on 2 and have never been able to get 3!
Cold 1&2 + heat 1&2 + environmental hardening----> that + a couple of transmissions. And you need the white pox 1 evolved + you need a certain genetic code if you ask me. Works on casual but on normal it fails. Still workin' on it

Be advised: this method will get you 3 bios on casual not normal or brutal. Right so for this to work you gotta play with the genetic code. I usually use Atp boost (Bonus dna when starting the game), the gene which doesen't increase ability costs,xierophobile i think its called which gives your plague a bonus in arid climates,genetic mimic,aquacyte. So start in china and asap evolve white pox 1 then devolve pustules & systemic infection. Evolve droplets 2&3 then your priority should be cold 1 and heat 1. Next you should evolve drug 1 and vaccine shield. By this time your disease should spread and it will eventually get noticed. Not to worry.. Continue evolving genetic hardening 1 and cold 2,heat 2 and drugs 2 in any order. Evolve insect 1 and blood 1&2. Finally evolve environmental hardening. Then evolve coma,then corneal ulceration i think its called,purpura,internal bleeding,necrosis and finally go for tof. The dna acquired should be used to evolve vaccine strain shields so pay attention to the news headline. Also you might want to devolve white pox 1. Oh and i should have mentioned that black pox is a must since tof can't be evolved without it. And if you are lucky and your plague mutates systemic infection you might want to evolve necrosis too. I just tested this before posting.. Took like 5 minutes. 289 days,cure 83% and 3 bios on casual--->79*** score something like that

This smallpox scenario (brutal difficulty) is driving me crazy. 2 bios are no problem with the boring "hide and kill" strategy. I tried nearly everything now to get 3 bios, but the cure research speed of this scenario is just insane on brutal. Also a few symptoms and combos to slow the cure down are not availible. No matter what I do when playing the needed aggressive style, the cure always hits the 100% mark in no-time. I wonder if it is really possible to get 3 bios on brutal here? I hope the cure-speed is a bug and gets fixed in the next update
Is the progress-restoring feature still buggy? At first I thought it was because I'd never fully activated Google+ on either my old phone or tablet, but once I did on both, the client on my tablet still won't recover the saved data. I wondered if maybe some time had to pass before the client would be able to grab and restore, but at this point I'm pretty sure it's just not uploading anything. Also, is there a way I could access the save files *manually* and transfer them to my tablet? Both devices are rooted, so it wouldn't be a problem to get at the files.
wow, congratulations Mkesaber! I am trying to get 3 bios on smallpox-brutal since 2 weeks now, with no success. i can only beat this scenario by hiding the desease til everyone is infected. But even here the cure gets >40%. Mkesaber, could you give us a few hints please, what are the crucial points on the way to 3 bios, especially how to slow down this insane cure-research speed. That would be a nice Xmas-present, not only for me
The improbable smallpox 3bio brutal solution Sorry to disappoint everyone, buy my conclusion is that this smallpox on brutal is designed in such a way to be unbeatable. Maybe James can correct me if there is an actually way to slow down the cure. James the vaccines are not useful because the cure moves way too fast to use them effectively. For example the abilities in bio and nano-virus were much more useful. Unless i'm wrong about some specific combo that can slow the cure, James will need to slow down the cure speed in the next update to make this disease beatable. I was able to find a way to beat it. If you stick to my solution, it should yield consistent scores in the 55000-65000. However it relies on the randomness of country infection order and DNA awarding, so you'll need to try a bunch of times until you get the perfect run to hit 3 bios (65000). The strategy The strategy relies on 3 elements. hide the disease, manage a slow pace at the start to maximize DNA collection, then speed up infection of cold/humid countries to seal the deal. The evolve order If disease gets noticed before total world infection, restart. evolve everything ASAP unless noted. Saudi ATP, terra, sympto, creationist, extremophile 1. devolve postules and then systemic infection 2. formites 1&2, droplets 2&3, water 1, white pox 3. wait until 10-12million are infected. then evolve white pox 2. (this maximizes DNA but any longer than that and you get noticed) 4. drug 1, hypersens, abscess, vomit, cold 1&2, water 2 5. wait until world total infection. 6. black pox, sub bleed -> TOF -> necrosis, devolve white pox 2 7. systemic infection, acute enph, diahorea, dysentery, other symptoms To get 3 bio score, you'll need to make #6 in one move, requiring 126 of DNA. if you sacrifice any of the transmissions, to save on DNA, you won't get the speed needed to get a high score. if you buy more, then you won't have enough DNA to kill fast enough. i found this evolve order offered the best balance. if you don't wait till world infection, you'll need to evolve vaccine shield, which slows your kill rate (since ur spending DNA on something that doesn't kill), meaning higher cure%, more days, and lower score. you can take a run at my solution, but it may take many tries. i have repeated a few times. you will need the perfect run to get the 3bios. otherwise, maybe you should wait until james fixes the cure good luck and merry xmas!
Thanks for early xmas present Managed to get 63,904 with 396 days and 20% cure but still no 3 bios. How much better do you have to get to 3?
you need 65000 to get the 3 bios. i have done it a few times, but it isn't easy. you just need to keep trying until you get the perfect run of good dna and country infection order.
