When I look into a country's info tab the actions appear in white and I am noticing the game lags a bit and crashes. The game was not like this before
What if the news headlines mever show yet you've still infected 100%? Tried over 100 times and I never ever get the WHO or rabies messages. Is it totally different for android users? Or will it still work without those banners? So confused! About to give up...again. Do the guide word for word yet nothing ever works. What the frack?!?!?!?!
Hi everyone! Newbie here. I've been looking for the solution to "It's a trap!" everywhere, but I've tried the strategy mentioned and I always get the "Expedition successful" popup, when it should actually be "Expedition wiped out" and the achievement doesn't get unlocked (it's the only achievement remaining to be unlocked, I've got all the other ones!) Does anybody know why this could be? I'm following all the steps carefully and doing everything as instructed, but it always fails. Please help! D:
Man this game just keeps getting better and better! I'll play it for a week or two, forget about it, and then come back a few months later and there'll be all kinds of new awesome stuff. Props to devs for being so generous with updates. Really well done game!
Hey everyone - just to let you know that I've now added scenarios into the game as part of Mutation 1.7 which is now live on the app store. Really interested to hear what people think about them!
Its not letting me download the full expansion, just the individual for $0.99. Anyone else having this issue? "Metadata for IAP "all scenarios" is not available..." Just played through Black Death. Loving it. I want them all. Now. But I'm not buying them for a buck a piece. Please let me know what's going on...
This is odd - are you on wifi? Can you try closing the game and then reopening it please. If that doesn't work - press the restore purchases button then try again.
On 3G Closed the game, didnt work. restarted iPad. Now its worked fine. Full unlock purchased. but the IAP button didn't register and now its popping up for a $2.99 IAP every 10 seconds and has been for two or three minutes. Lol. Ahh well. At least I've got my scenarios. Been waiting on this for weeks. Black Plague seemed cool.
I'm confused by the plague pack and scenario pack difference. Is the scenario pack just for current and future scenarios, where as the plague pack is for current and future scenarios as well as plagues? Also does that mean all new plagues will be paid only, or can they still be unlocked by beating previous ones on brutal? Just trying to figure out which pack to buy
Scenarios is just scenarios. Plague Pack includes future diseases. Diseases will still be unlockable as in the past
Bought this at about 11.30 pm after lazer kats recommendation, planned to play for half an hour before going to bed, was still playing at 3am, I'm surprised at myself as I didnt think this was my kind of game and had passed over it several times. But I'm having great fun.
So after playing more can you just use the same strategy for basically all the diseases? Or do you have to change it up?
No. That's not going to work for ya buddy. All diseases require completely different approach. Glad you enjoy it. This was my GOTY for 2012, and it was an easy pick for me. @NDemic - I've now spoken to two others who've had the same issue I had downloading the new Scenarios bundle. It seems that after you install the update you can not purchase the bundle until your game is turned off and iPad restarted. Iyou can see the $0.99 single scenarios and purchase those, but the two new bundles give you an error and show as blank without prices until after you've restarted iPad.
@NDemic - I have to say I'm a bit disappointed, and I'd like to know what's going on with HIV. Your blogpost specifically lists 15 scenarios coming to this update, and lists HIV as one of them. I've payed for the bundle, and I went to play as HIV...but its nowhere to be found? Is it coming soon? Hopefully.
