I have never been able to match your execution finesse but with your strategy at least I'm now below 300 days. Mostly 1 or more of the damn islands isn't infected and I end up either losing or waiting (bad in speed run mode) for them to be infected. Aquacyte and water transmission not withstanding. My sub 300 days run was lucky on the spore burst, got 3 out of the 5 islands at the start.
Really?! It's a straight evolve strategy, no finesse required. Just evolve in order as you see posted. If you want islands not to be an issue, just wait till all islands infected before evolving organ failure. This should still get you 250 easy. It won't work every time (damn islands!) but strategy is very repeatable and should work most attempts.
We are talking about someone who took 9 days from Botoshel solving NAZG to gets my first bat message in 100+ games. Fungus requires luck and I don't seem to have it.
Relax.. I can't get it either Something odd about it. As for Necroa.. Still 400+.. Even with that strategy..

Not sure what you're doing wrong. It's a straight evolve order strategy. I elaborated the strategy a little more, hopefully that helps. Make sure u use the same gene mods ( u need teracyte ) and that you evolve all spores ( all the way to spore hardening ). I tested it a dozen times. even with the random country infection, the strategy still holds up.
Getting all those symptoms in the right order and the transmissions it's just.. Not enough dna to do it properly. I did use the genetic code you've recommended. No joy.. I'll try harder.
I can see potential, but still suffer from luck of island infection or not in my case. Best today disease died out (people survived - Greenland ) in 243 days. Current record is 281 days. I'm using the same genes, evolving as stated, though the sometimes I get diarrhoea from coughing, pneumonia, pulmonary odema, diarrhoea vs nausea, vomiting, diarrhoea - depending on random mutations. Occasionally I get fever or worse necrosis mutating early which starts killing too soon. Do you devolve untimely random mutations or leave them? On a side note I feel we've pretty much established the best is around the 200 day mark, except for Neurax 160 and Necroa (wip). So anyone better than that has hacked/cheated.
Now i see your problem. Take the nausea, vomiting, diarrhoea route. Its much cheaper. With dna being important to getting a good start, keep it in the order even if u get cough mutation. This routes alone will save you a month. Also keep all mutations except for organ failure. I updated the guide to include every single evolve, no shortcuts. This should hopefully get the job done.

I will do later. Anybody know how spread fast Africa? It's always the last continent to infect on normal diseases and it's slow.
Heat2, blood2 and haemophilia does the trick for me, also get dissentry soon as you can after total organ failure! Hope that helps!
Wow it's been a month since I was last on here just before the 1.6 update (I'm on android and didn't want any spoilers) just came on to check if Nazg had been done and was surprised to see that it was rabies that was the answer as me and someone else guessed thought that was it and gave up before the update I'm trying the posted strategies now on 1.5 to see if it was ever possible and congratulations to whoever got this first

I can't get under 400 on necroa.. I'm playing with the genetic code and making different combos of transmissions to see if there is any way to increase infectivity.. Just the way it is with the neurax worm
Necroa is not built for speed! It's the sending of hordes I stumble on, just lack the finesse of other players on here!
