Asia... Great continent.. Could be India.. But Africa? Many countries.. I would exclude South Africa but i would focus on Sudan as Sudan is known for it's diseases many which don't have remedies.
It's gotta be some really poor, hot country so I'm focusing on Middle East, Central Asia, if nothing comes of this ill start on the many many African countries, but without the right transmitions or resistances combo, this is an exercise in futility!
The notorious vampire bat is from Transylvania. A region in central Romania. Might wanna try there, if Bats & Rabies is linked with NAZG. Just another thought.
I'm from Romania and i can tell you there is no such thing Besides... Would you start a game in central europe? Not likely you'll find rabid animals there
NaZG Thoughts India is reckoned to have the highest incidence of Rabies, so that must be the place to start. It's a zoonotic virus so must need to zoonotic shift. Rabies is carried by animals and bats and transmission between animals is air-borne so Air 1 might be needed and maybe Air 2 also? Transmission to humans is by animals and bats, so they're obvious ones to need. Transmission from animals to humans is by saliva / biting, so Saliva 1 and maybe Saliva 2 It's at this point, after having the correct combination of the above (some or all of them?) that you'd expect some sort of breadcrumb to pop-up. Incubation of rabies is typically 2 to 12 weeks, so that's around the wait time I'd expect for a breadcrumb. Anyone else working along these lines?

But i would like to ask mr Vaughan a question: Did he modify the rabid bats message trigger? Or it still occurs with what it used to? Specifically drug 1 and zoontic shift+bat 1
I've read in a French study about the rabies that Zimbabwe is one of the african country with the most species of rabies bats and some vampires bats. I'll try here.
I'm a little worried about this suddenly unexpected hint.. He might have modified the triggering mechanism. Have you managed to get the bat message in India using zoontic +bat 1 and drug 1?
No, and I suspect he has. Also it was previously suggested that NAZG is like an origin story but one that does not involve CR. This being the case we don't have the safety of evolving CR to handle the cure so I make the play again for greater levels of infection before being noticed.
The thing is that i've managed twice to infect the whole world without being noticed.. But then the damn bat message failed to appear.. I suspect it is more than random. I think you have to infect a certain amount of people before trying to trigger it.
Why give out hints, the whole point of an achievement is to find it out yourself. Defeats the purpose really. Stop giving out hints
