What about a special game where you are on the other side of the petri dish, your the doctor trying to determine the plague type, transmissions and other vectors all while having a budget. Other than random games there is only variations of what has already been made.

Thanks for the flare, down to 333 days average about 350. I think they mean for the next add-on reverse the roles, instead of playing as the virus, play as the cure against an unknown virus type. Decide what branches of cure to research, analyze the disease DNA to unlock specific attributes and focus research for bigger gains, decide on government actions, shoot birds or rats, supply bottled water etc. Play to save humanity rather than kill it. Transmissions tab could be the gov actions tab. Symptoms could be antibiotics or antivirals designed to prevent / slow effects from symptoms. Abilities could be the analyse tab where you try to find out the attributes of a randomly generated disease profile. Hope that you find patient zero, the pot of gold on the disease profile. I'm sure they will correct me if I have it wrong.
For insane bolt, I can now score 320-330 reliably. Try evolving the hordes to the max. U can stop the clock and infect by the millions. I think sub 300 is a stretch. Only hit the 310's twice. For the new virus, I absolutely love the idea. Screw other disease types, let's play as the cure. Trouble is James is solo. At this rate, we'll be lucky to get 1 more expansion in 2013. James hire a team and get this game really going. Has great potential, if you competed with the likes of angry birds last year, put some more resources in and turn this into a cash cow buddy!
You could start with a set amount of DNA (budget) to spend on research. Based on the number of uninfected people at the end of each month is how much more DNA you get that month for slowing down and finding the parts of the cure. Or earn DNA as we do now to spend on the same things. The basic interface wouldn't change the names would and the effects would be reversed, rather than boast infect, it's reduced infectivity. Government actions slow the spread, analysis tells you where to spend the vital points of DNA. We could decide to add filters to ships/planes and so on. The random disease wouldn't have to be static either, it could mutate. The harder the level to more chance of it mutating in response to what we do. Countries could refuse to contribute to research funding if too highly infected or too restrictive a level of government action. Possible achievements Cure for the common cold Cure for smallpox Cure for HIV/AIDS Cure for Cancer Of course the disease would have to exhibit the symptoms to make these achievements possible Normal victory conditions (Neurax and Necroa aside) are win when infected + healthy = 0 ( or dead = total pop ) For the cure disease, victory if infected = 0 and healthy > 0
Play as the cure? Where's the fun in that? I like killing everyone! You wouldn't buy Call of Duty an play as a medic who sits in a tent full of bandages! More killer diseases I say, alien spores or something!

simple, they cheated by altering game files. to get 12m in neurax takes 5+ hours. so to get 49m is practically impossible to do it legit.
