Absolutely great game, Delpiano. I was afraid after trying the Ipod version of Maestro - such a marvelous DS game, such a mediocre Ipod port.. - but this time you did a great job: instead of just forcing Pixel! on the touch screen, you made a totally different game, suited for this platform. The result is great and I can't wait for more backgrounds and levels. Good work! Do you plan to make a Series for the Appstore too? I hope so! And do you know perhaps if the folks at Arkedo are planning anything ? Nervous Brickdown would be absolutely perfect for the platform
Precisely! I love the idea of the waiter coming to your table with a "DIE" sign ^^ We wanted to make it clear that you have really no chance to survive in this level, and that "yes, it's unfair, but it's unfair for everyone"
I've hardly played to be honest mate, but I had a heavy session on it the night it came out. If I remember right, my 5 minute mode score was over 1.9 Million.
Really ? This version runs on all the devices we had in our hands, and we had a lot ! Please tell me what your configuration is ' !
Unfortunately no. The only settings option remains a mute for the music. Although this update was probably rushed to just fix the compatibility issues some of us with older hardware were having.
That's too bad. I may revisit this game later, if the flip screen orientation is added. Thanks for the response.
Yes, it's really hard to play with earphones plugged in. I don't understand why it's flipped compared to the the other Apps I have. The game runs fine on my Ipod Touch 8 giga (2g).
I know it may seem this way, but (I'm 99% sure) there are actually no situations where it's totally unavoidable. There is a way to do every level perfectly (get every + sign and kill every bad guy). You just gotta play enough to recognize the patterns, and then you'll know where to "rush". I actually really like this idea. When I first started playing Infinite mode, I figured I was good enough so that i could take it a little easy, and just stay alive for an incredibly long period of time and rack up a huge score. This way, I can't half-ass it at all. It really ends up being something of a 10-minute mode, where you still have to try to perfect each level to get up there high on the leaderboards. Keep up the good work guys, still lovin' it.
GLORIOUS! After trying on/off all day yesterday to get this to run on my 2nd gen iPod, it booted up! (Had tried reboots, network on/of, etc...) Left it on until it crashed. But now (and I haven't updated yet) it seems to boot fairly consistently. Played this all night last night, didn't touch either of the NFS games I bought yesterday at all. Now if you can just get the screen flip option in there, I'll be in heaven... P.S.> I didn't see it in the thread - what has to happen for Infinite mode to open and the other graphics sets to occur?
