You need this type of campfire: http://pixelterra.wikia.com/wiki/Item:_Upgraded_Campfire Then place it anywhere and hit it. Craft-panel will appear. You need to move meat|fish|mushrooms to any slot for crafting. It will be a long time before my game reaches the level of junk jack quality and it quantity of content. This is what I strive for.
no doubt i wasnt slighting junk jack it cant beat for content but i like your layout better thats more of what i meant and i can see myself playing yours more i got it now on campfire i did notice two types thanks!
I found coal just a little north of where I spawned. Not really giving up as I can't progress with a full inventory and no way to remove items. And the bad controls and pathfinding doesn't help. Guess I'm not a fan of wasting my time on something that's not enjoyable.
The main inspiration was in FrosakenIsle and JunkJack. But do not expect too much, since the game is still young and therefore costs only $ 1.
Not nearly as good as Junk Jack, and some of those art assets look ever so similar to that game too..
Have you played it? I think many things should be taken into account before making vague statements on a newly released game Like for instance this is one person creating all of this Junk jack is a team that's for starters second if you have actually played it I don't think the statement "not nearly as good" applies
Thanks for the tip of the other campfire it did the trick I've also got the work benches going Very much enjoying this experience Once you get the mechanics down how to do what it's a very pleasant game and I like the "creative" mode so to speak it's helping me learn without having to worry about the threats My next step is learning to build a shelter!
Deleted. Games that copy other games elements (design, art) are not worth my time. Go play Junk Jack where most of the stuff originates.
You seem to have a lot of insight. And basically you are saying that copying (I say stealing) art and designs from other games is okay, because in this case it is one developer and JJ was created by a few (kickass, capable, creative) people??! I dont get it.

Friend or jerk, thats the question. To answer yours - I have played this game and I have seen the same pixel-by-pixel icons and UI elements, plus 100% copies of game design, that you can see on the screenshots as well. Anyway, have fun with the game. I mean it! It might be a blast, its just that jerks like me, making games for 25 years, are not okay with copycats.
