I may have to start all over as a reaper now.
Well I’m sure you don’t need him you must be doing pretty well without a reaper but yeh with that knowledge it makes a decision much easier. I usually play a mage or healer so it was different for me to pick it.

Hey friends! I am super excited to announce that the new update for pixelot is here! Here is whats new for this version!
Sail to the island of Wyrm.
Face powerful pirates, monsters, demons, and dragons.
3 new story dungeons and 1 side dungeon.
Collect 2 more crystals, boosting your offense and defense statistics.
Several new side quests.
Recruit 4 new recruitable characters / classes.
Compete in the Arena Boss and Monster challenges.
Use the map feature to quickly warp to previously discovered locations.
Use the blacksmithing feature to upgrade your favorite items.
Updated ability and crystal interfaces
Global graphics update including tiles, abilities, sprites, and text

I have been working diligently on Pixelot for the last 4 years. This game has been a huge passion of mine! Growing up playing games such as Pokemon, Fire emblem, and Final Fantasy, I always dreamed of making my own game that combines my favorite aspects of rpgs.
I initially released pixelot last spring, and i got a lot of feedback about how great the game is, and about improvements people thought I should implement. I have really worked hard this last year to create an update that extended the content of the game dramatically and implement the feedback that I recieved.
I created the world map feature so that people could fast travel back to locations they have been (Similar to flying in pokemon). I added the upgrade system to add more depth to the character customization and importance of items. This also gives people a little more to do after they finish the game! I added a tutorial map to the start of the game to help people get used to the controls, battle system, and explain equipping items. I added a more detailed view for viewing your spells and crystal abilities so that people could better understand how they work. I also added little ! notifications when your characters get a new attack, spell, or ability, so that you are always in the loop about how your characters are changing as they level up. I added a lot more story content so people could really grasp where the game is headed and the overall plot!
I really hope that you guys love this new update as much as I do and I am really excited to hear what you guys think and implement more feedback! This is a huge milestone in my journey developing this game, but the journey is not over and I plan to keep adding more to the game!
I think to fully appreciate what you have added to the game I will start all over again.

EDIT; (Sorry I just realised I already mentioned about the home bar twice before in this forum.... playing too many games atm)
Could you possibly fix the resolution for the game so it is also optimised for the latest iPad Pros?
There is currently a 6mm black border around the game and the time/date/wifi/battery indicators are all showing along the top of the screen.
Also the Home Bar is set to disappear. This is not ideal for games because every time you tap the screen it shows up as a white bar. It’s a bit distracting. Also it means that one accidental swipe up will close the game.
It is much better to have it set to grey. That doesn't change colour when you tap and also requires two upward swipes to close the game.
I have only made it to level 24 with my highest level character in my previous game but I just got awarded the levels 30,40,50,60,70, in Achievements.

I also agree about the homebar. Not to take away from all of your work though of course because it’s amazing.

So far level 15 and he’s pretty good so far.
Putting Chase the Gambler into the party causes the game to crash when he takes his turn.
Released an update to fix chase and the level up bug!
@Iceberger3 Not that it matters much since it’s not an online game but why limit the character name to 7 letters? Usually I go with Aluicious these days but had to use one of my others instead.
Only 7 characters fit with the font on the character tiles in the battle and menu screen! The technology I used doesn't let me change the font size easily
Ah no problem, I just thought I’d ask as I thought there must be a reason behind it.
After installing the last patch one of the quests got bugged. I had the 8 mushrooms before I installed the patch.
The Mushrooms for Flora has changed to Mushrooms for Error.
Now when I take them to Flora she just asks me to do the quest, even though I have enough mushrooms to complete it.
How long does it take to complete the game?
Fixed this in the last version i posted to the app store yesterday
It depends on the player but maybe around 16 hours? if you just try to blast through it and know where to go, then you might be able to speed run it in around 8 hours. If you are playing for the first time and looking around a lot it could easily take 24 hours

- 500+ items, 250+ maps, and 200+ chests to collect
- Infinite tower dungeon with 50 unique floors
- 14 Boss challenge mode
- Collect all 6 legendary weapons
- Post-game labyrinth dungeon
I really hope you guys like this final update! There is a ton of new content and features to explore!
